When using a 1080 kernel and you want it to look like 720 with the right sized text and icons then you have to edit build.prop.

Edit this line:
ro.sf.lcd_density=160

change the 160 to 240 and reboot. You will now have everything larger!

Now when you choose 1080 kernel and boot, you will get the large text and icons automatically!

So I am stopping the upload and making this change to 1.5.

im using a minix a2 air mouse, every time i reboot (or crashes and loads back up) the audio output always defaults to the airmouse, is there anyway to prevent this or even just set one of the other outputs as a permanent default

Yep! and that's true for the stock 720 ROM with LCD Density as 160 too!
It's the launcher2.apk margins (padding) and you cant have it both ways! Sorry!
Well unless I make a special launcher for only 720 or LCD Density of 240.
I will save that for another time. It's a bother not a killer.

Actually I can make a common launcher2 with the white line above the tray gone! That would solve it..

What do you all think? White line or no white line?

i kinda like the white line, but it would solve the issue, and means less work than trying to keep it.

I think as other people have said it definitely seems like some kind of read/write issue, which could also tie into your notification theory. However none of my reboot have been when receiving notification they always seem to go through as they should for me, I don't use Spotify though.

The funny thing is that all notifications are not the same! Even tho I have disabled notifications in every place I can think of or that I can get at, I still get them! The ones I get tho, do not cause any sort of crash, they just build up on the status line until I get rid of them. So I dunno. Hope that Bob has luck with his new 1.5 Rom, he reports no crashes during his testing of it!

One thing Minix said in their latest ROM was DDR memory timing fixes. This may have solved the crashing?

Got a freeze just now. So ddr fix doesnt seem to work as well as I tought.
No powerdowns so far.

3 freezes in the last 24hrs

One question, Bob your instructions in your Rom state that the erase needs to count to 2048 but mines goes up over 4000, is this right? or do the the instruction need updating, if not then is there something 'different'with my hardware?
