Tested with the Simon 1080p kernel. BT working (keyboard and mouse from Dell) wireless also working OK. 30Mb/s down and 45Mb/s up according to some speed test program. Kinda weird since I only get 15-20Mb/s on my line that the CX919 is connected to. So some kind of wrong measurement there. Repeatable though so I don't know what is happening just yet.

Latest xbmc nightly runs fine but crashes every 30 minutes or so. MX player as well, it does play videos a bit smoother than xbmc. Thought it could be heat problem related but stick was not exceedingly hot and did complete an antutu run after each time. Score is about 14000+

Also tried the 800Mhz DDR kernel but could not get bt working on that one. It found devices but they were unusable and the bt icon did not turn blue. Stick was not noticeably hotter with faster memory.

Bear in mind, the heat was measured with my fingertips and they only have a +-2 degree sensitivity.

wifi stable
not tried bt, soon

i found a tip to us xbmc in full screen, open xbmc, hit open/recent apps button, then hide tool bar, hit xbmc, and full screen xbmc!!!!!

other thing, i see RKM first screen at boot, ist normal? is aRKM based rom?

Not at all. The stick gets warm but no freezes/crashes/restarts during Antutu or while watching 1080p MKVs.

Boot sound

I got used to having a boot sound on the 1.4 rom,Can I add a sound to this rom iv tried adding a bootaudio.mp3 sound to the system/media folder but iv still got no boot sound,,Any ideas???

Not all sticks are created equal. It is impossible to answer that question generically.

i agree, just to confirm some reports...
i use 1.5 and work very well, wifi bt and all works, for my use
xbmc with mx player works well, gotham 13 alpha 1

if you put the stick in "stand by" mode for long time, need to reboot, dont wake up( ie 2hs)

If you have a CX-919, you have to install the mk802iv new ap6210 kernel:

Hi guys

need a hand with this flashing. I managed to do it but once it reboots and gets the screen with the cx919 in the middle and finless 1.5 bottom left it moves onto a screen which just flashes constantly. left it for ages and still nothing.
