NEOMODE , how did you pack .img files in your rom ?
I couldn't extract the system.img file of your rom using any tool
RK3xxx firmware tools posted here in the freak tab nor any other tool
can extract it.

Then make a directory system as example.
After this you can mount the system.img via

mount -o loop system.img ./system

After you finished unmount it with umount ./system

I miss the rkm remote host can i install this seperate?
I am having problems after i installed the sam 720 1,7 1000 kernel with this rom.
The letters are missing or misforming. Is this caused if you have a weak 2a power adapter?
I did not had this problem with vondroid rom and that kernel.
The device is cooled and not overheatet.

At default this rom runs verry smooth.

The rk3xxx tools is an exellect solution under windows and can extract most of the img files
Your rom is one of the few that the tool can't extract.

I don't have linux so , i was thinking of flashing your rom into my stick then dumping it
Again by cwm as the tool can extract the img made by cwm , but your rom isn't compatible
with cwm.

Did you manage to solve the cwm problem yet ? if so
When do you think you will be able to release an update to your rom with the cwm fix ?

I had almost given up on my mk802iv.
Mine is the one with the "old" wifi chipset.


I flashed this rom yesterday as well, but for some reason i could not get a hdmi signal to my tv.
Then i started rage flashing roms all over the place, the new wifi rom, the hybrid rom, and a netflix fix rom, together with all the different kernels: Kernel.img , sams 1080p kernel.img, and the famous kernel1.img

None of them would give a hdmi signal. (Thought my device was bricked for sure)

Then i read about this exposed framework, which would fix netflix, and i desided to give it another go.



Flashed back to original firmware: HDMI signal up and running.
Then had another go at neotv crom 1.5 old wifi: Still working.
Added sam321's 1080p kernel: Still working!
Installed exposed framework and the netflix workaround: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2185130 and BAM! Netflix is working as well!

So thank you neomode for making this awsome rom with not so much as a god damn pixle out of order.

And thanks to Kaepernick and Entropy512 at xda dev for the Exposed Framework Netflix workaround.



I can also confirm that the xbmc 13 alpha is working on this rom.
