I bought this box from aliexpress about 2 years ago

However, I have tried lately to update it, all is ok except WiFi and bluetooth.

I have tested all possible firmwares listed here in this post and on other websites (none of them has managed to fix my wifi)

to note that the wifi-bluetooth chip is AP6255, is there a method to manually install this driver ?? if yes can anyone help please in details.

there is no stock android 9 firmware for your box (different wifi chip), only these firmwares are working fine(tested with my t95q box) :

I've uploaded and running the poison software on my T95q yet I wish to delete the Kodi installed on it. Can't see how. I also cannot add my Google account?

I have tried multiples TVs, power cables, HDMI cables, hdmi slots and reset button.

I have a usb drive 2.0 and 3.0 with SD card slot, or I can just use sd card from Windows 10 to device but after lots of reading I am finding it hard even with the guides.

Your box could be bricked, what you wanna try is unbricking it using Usb Burning Tool, you'll need a male-to-male usb cable and pc/laptoop for that process, the rest is easy as they are a lot of step by step vids an tuts to guide you through ..
the Burn Card Maker method is also a solution but it's less effective than the first solution .
if I were you I would try everything I could, as you can never be sure which one will be the one for you.
Also make sure to choose the right firmware version for your device variant ..

Thank you, I need to ask a simple question that I'm uncertain about, I've looked inside the device and I can again if needed.

I'm waiting for a usb cable currently to try.

How exactly should I find the right firmware version?

This is my first time using a box that is not functioning and would like to learn but there is so much information I am finding it hard to pinpoint where to get the exact firmware version.

All I know is that there is 2 variants, an old one came out with android 8 and it had NO official android 9 update, and a newer one came out of the box with android 9. If you have no idea which one was yours, start by flashing the latest official android 9 firmware anyway, it will work on both, but with no Wifi on the older variant .. it's a good starting point to get your box functioning at least, and then will give an idea which variant is yours . At that point switching to an other firmware/rom will be no big deal.

I finally got sd card burn to work after some issues formatting.

I used this file as indicated by the board, however when I insert the card inside the box, hold reset button in av slot and insert power cable, nothing is happening, still the light comes on but there is still nothing on the screen.

As for Android 9 I have not yet tried as I thought the original firmware would be fine as a start.

I have managed to use usb burning tool to connect the box and send the firmware to the box, however I am still not seeing any picture on screen?

I am now considering using the poison firmware available for the T95Q and hope this may change something.

Nothing happened with the original firmware, however I managed to get a very poor image via the AV socket, this allowed me to try and look through the settings on the box but without the screen staying on this was hard as the AV socket is poor at best.

Finally I changed some hdmi settings and still no signal.

I have now used the poison firmware available and the same issue is present, I still cannot see anything via the hdmi connection.

Can anybody help with this issue?

It may be worth noting that the HDMI option in the TV did change at some points to PLAYER instead of saying HDMI1, I don't know what this means.

well it might be obvious, but have you tried an other hdmi cable ?
The tv source changed to PLAYER instead of just HDMI1 means that it has captured a signal, which was absent before ..
It could also be a hardware problem, such as the box hdmi port ..

I tried 4 HDMI cables and the Signal changed for a moment and back again so maybe the hdmi port is fried somehow.

Well that seems to be it. Did you buy this box as new ? If yes did arrive like that ? or was functioning before ?

Edit: make also sure it's not the TV hdmi port that's acting up ..

I tried two TVs with various hdmi cables and ports.

It was the newer TV where the hdmi signal changed to player instead of hdmi but only for a moment and then gone again, when it happened there was still no picture on screen, just that the HDMI selection on the menu changed the name to player.

It was not new when given to me, I did manage to flash it twice successfully but I just can't get a picture via HDMI and the AV port is next to useless.
