I need to be able to delete files from external USB dives but this ROM doesn't work with Magisk so I cannot install module to allow deletion and Kodi won't allow deletion. Total Commander won't delete either. What are my options. Love this ROM by the way it is excellent but cannot delete files.

(1) I think Android 9 for X96MAX has lost search function. Do your rom fix it?

(2) Do you have any idea how to install Magisk modules directly without Magisk root? Should I just mount /system to rw and set $MODDIR to be / ?

So it's ATV Android 9 time.
For a couple of week i'll be very busy in RL, so XTM_X96M4G_ATV9_V1_0 here it is. It's for X96Max 4Gb based on V311P firmware so flash according with your device. Then after a couple of week i'll release the same rom for X96Max 2G and X96Max V311R.
