I am currently running this Rom on a T95X2. Everything is working except the Wired ethernet port and the display on the front of the unit. Where would I find information on how I could modify this with the necessary components from the original firmware to get everything functional?

To get back you function you should rebuild the rom using your base firmware, not so easy to fix.

hopefully PIE ATV runs on 2GB LPDDR4 as well?

I use specific firmwares from the producers of these boxes, if they are included yes.
I got no pie firmware for 2Gb specs boxes so no.

Just flashed the X96 MAX 2G fw ont HK1 PLAY 2GB....wifi there, box runs good...hopefully PIE ATV runs on 2GB LPDDR4 as well?

Does this have an adblocking host file included? If so where is it located? Because I need to edit it due to the fact I can not access trakt.tv VIA nova video player
