Keep trying, hard to kill these amlogic boxes. Took me forever to get mine to work yesterday. Just keep plugging it in and plug it in and plugging it in. As long as you hear the computer go beep beep your good to go. Always plug the USB 2 cable into the USB 2 port on your box, when it goes beep then plug in the power.

I test the rom,the rc is worse then stock rom,I do not how buth mouse cursor noth react ,offten the stoc on the screen.When I puth rc closer the box then work.With stock rom this is no problem .Some hawe this issu?

Yeh,charged the battery,buth when I plug the keyborad with the mause is Works ok.Stock rc noth work like this RI keyboard?

I use the rear USB2 port with no issue.An idea you could try a usb extension lead and see if that helps.

Sometimes there can be interference from your box that makes the dongle not work as it should.
