Pressing 5 seconds the reset is right, but only one step.
I'll try to put you through the reflashing process.
-Download the firmware from cloudnetgo, either for the 5m or the 2m camera version
-you need then the rkbatchtool 1.7
-Connect your tv-box over USB and install drivers. I assume cloudnetgo has a tutorial file for driver installation.
-Once the drivers are installed, start the batchtool.
- then press the reset whole about 5 seconds, until you see the green light on the 1
-select the stock ROM in the rktool and
-finally less restore button and wait until the tool reports all done
-after that your cr11s will rebout, when all went good.

So far, the basic. Ask for details, when you need.

any other suggestion?? Do you recommend flashing any other custom ROM Like

Yes, I'm highly recommend the Ultra-hidef over stock rom.

You can use the ROM, but for the first steps with a bricked device I would start with stock ROM.
Search for cr11s firmware and you find maybe another link.
