This would appear to be a software or driver issue because WiFi Analyser reports excellent signal strength and the occasional speed test reports higher transfer rates.

for now try to all with wifi issues can you set your routers to just b/g and see if that helps.Everything is possible if we work together!

i tryed wifi modes -only b, b\g, b\g\n , only n, with security and open network - same results 1mbps down speed - but one time speed was 25 mbps, but only one time....
When i change bandwith on my router(tp-link 841n) to slower rate - like 36 or 42 - it not takes effect, i think its router issue.
I think wifi driver cannot downrate connection speed accord to signal noise ratio - it always connect on max speed 150 or 75 on n mode or 54 on g mode .Maybe if it will can dowrate speed to 36 or 42 mbps, all will be fine....
PS. Sorry for my bad english

Sounds like the driver is unable to negotiate a slower speed, to achieve the most reliable transfer rate at the fastest speed, based on the signal strength from the WiFi router.
As suggested above, it appears manually slowing down the maximum download speed of the WiFi temporarily overcomes the speed negotiation issue until a new driver is released.
