What pc you using ..eg... 64x windows 7

1 go in to the software and click on drivers and you pc set up and what bit it is then it will say rockusb.inf right click on that and install the drivers first

2 then go in to rkbatch tool.exe and open it up you will see 8 boxes plug a micro usb in to you pc and plug the box in and hold the reset button on the bottom and it will connect one of the boxes will go green

3 then find the .img file in the soft ware and just hit restore takes three mins

... dont be afraid to ask we all newbies at one stage

all the stuff you downloaded on the fisrt page put it in a folder on your desktop so you can find it easy and unzipp it

I find the wasser rom slightly more stable but both are good.
