I am missing the home key functionality on the lower bar, and even from the keyboard nothing happens when i press home key.

I have tested it on my X5 just now. No problems! All keys are doing right!
But i’m using the CWM version of this rom. Perhaps this makes the differenz.

Maybe it is helpfull to clear and reflash your unit.

Had the installation via CWM, and it worked initially few days but not anymore.

are you using an onscreen keyboard? I once had my home key stop functioning and I think it was something to do with the soft keyboard I was using, or not using. I can't remember 100%

i have a request for you mister Finless, can you plesae do something like that for the x5 mini please.
or telling me where can i find it if it exists.
i tryed kasty but its not like finless rom, i mean some apps did not work with kasty but works with finless on my x5. i have x5 and x5 mini.

Hi,
reporting a strange issue:
i experienced some unexplainable reboots when i'm not operating on my box(at nighttime for example).The only app working in background are Beyond xbmc and ttorrent(sometimes).
I'm using the 720 oc noairpin kernel.
Have i got to repeat the flash steps or there is a way to fix it?

Hey Skazza, have noticed the same after updating to this ROM (came from Finless' previous one). It almost always happens at night, I wake up to find the box hanging. I'll try reflashing like you did...

i think i solved performing a fresh install yesterday.Today when i woke up my box hasn't rebooted yet.
Two suggestions:if you decide to reflash take care to remove every connected usb device.
Also flash an oc kernel,the one i choose was 720 noair 533/533

Good point about having stuff plugged in, left everything connected when I flashed the first time!

Hi Finless. I have a question. Could you please expain what is the diference between 1.2b and 1.3? Let me explain a bit. I have some apps that turns on 1.2b ( with freez some times) and didnt turn with 1.3. Im not a geek but i try to look like😁.. i will do my best to understand you. Thank you very much for your job. I will hit donation thats on my next prioritys.

they are both based on different official minix firmwares. 1.3 being 4.2.2 (latest minix 005.) I think 1.2b is 4.1.1 iirc.

google is actively working to make android functionally less open with each new release.
