My own experience:

The first time i plug it, it dont boot.

So after bricked the device with a bad firmware A6210, i success in flash (mask mode) :

neotvcr_mk809_3_ug007b_20130615.zip >> but still no boot

I find on ugoss website a dongle wich seems to be mine :

Then success boot with

MTK_qc802_publice_8188_20130805.zip >> but impossible to activate wifi and BT


Got any idea for a firmware to flash on it in order to have wifi activated ?

I flash it with rk tools 1.7, flash is ok but it don't boot (black screen, no signal)

I extract .img with this tool : http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...Firmware-Tools

boot.img is 995Ko only, is it normal ?

I change it by an other found in custom rom and flash it

This time, i boot, but always wifi and bt issues.

When i want to switch on, it switch off some seconds after ...

Actually that is a fake mk809, because I opened it and I have found exactly this model:

So I asked the seller to send me a link to stock rom and he sent me that link:

None of theses firmware works.

No video signal at all.

I try to adapt a boot.img to theses.
Then, my MK809iii boot, i got image, but always wifi impossible to activate.

If someone can upload somewhere (dropbox, googledrive, mega ...) a complete backup firmware for this hardware ???

Neomode's kitkat is working super nice on the board. Only without wifi and bluetooth still. Looking for a MTK supported kernel.

An other issue to detect if others kernel don't boot for an overclock issue :

I try to overclock the only (for the moment) working kernel (from stock ugoos qc802 rom).

I do it with https://github.com/phjanderson/rkpatchomatic

In stock, processor is at 1008MHz
With 1,6 GHz to 1,9 GHz kernel is stuck at 1200MHz
