You can do it with either an SD card or a USB stick, you unzip and then put rom onto either usb or sd card and update from there. Having never used android before i got this, it wasn't clear to me that you can update from USB as well as SD card. And considering I don't have an sd card that would fit, it was definately the simpler option!

I have the Tonsmart Vega S89-H. I am unable able to passthrough dts-ma or dolby truhd. Only the core dts and dolby are passed through to my receiver as those are the signals lighting up on my receiver. I have an Onkyo HD receiver capable of decoding HD. I have HDMI passthrough set on the box and in XBMC i have passthrough checked but there are only options for dolby and dts passhrough for XBMC. Anybody having this issue or know a fix?

Running Multiple S89H

So I bought 3 S89-H, one for each TV. All 3 updated with Finless 1.6 and running a separate Ethernet cable from my router which is a TP Line AC1750. It seem that I can not run more than one at a time or it causes major buffering. My internet plan was a 25mps plan, which I upgraded to a 50mps plan and am experiencing the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this and what is the fix. Please Help

I have the same issue, caused by all the devices having the same MAC address.Still looking for a perm solution.

mine turned up aswell Woo Hoo!

so far the only issue is my 1080I TV must have a very old HDMI version, because the picture is offset to the left too far, even if i put the screen size at it's lowest setting of 80%, it still offset, I went into my TV's settings and have offset to the right as far as it goes ( +30 frames ) but still not right...
Have tried the unit on a friend's newer TV and its fine... Looks like it's time to buy a new TV

The only way to make it look good is turn off amcodec under video options, but when I do that xbmc crashes on all MKV files. Alonso tried changing to software instead of hardware decoding then HD is choppy. Any suggestions?

Hi Guys, I got my replacement unit and so far so good. Awesome job Geekbuying.
Has anyone else got Mizuu working properly on it. In particular watching movie trailers. It uses Youtube to play the trailers but when I play them I have sound but no video. I have googled and can't find anyone else with the same issue. I have messaged the developer but no luck as yet. Is anyone able to test it and let me know if it works for you on your Vega s89-h (or other variant I imagine). Thanks.

Works well for me. It is a tweaked XBMC and I installed FINLESS 1.6

Did everything you suggested. No quality changes. Installed finless and tweaked xbmc. avi have horrible pixels on faces. MKV and mp4 are good.

I just tested Mizuu for you on my S802-H, I have the same problem.

Thanks for testing that. At least I know it's not just me. Anyone out there know how we might fix this? I love Mizuu but the trailers was one of the things that appealed to me.
