They received their stock on the 17th, tested them and fixed a few buys in the system for Quality Assurance, then started shipping on the 19th. Sounds to me that you jumped the gun too fast and cancelled your order. That's not Geekbuyings fault. You should have been more patient knowing that they were going to give you a better product in the end.

But geekbuying say to me wait 1 week

I just got an email stating the following "hello there thank you for your email and please do not worry that the item is in stock now, but we found out that there are some thing wrong on the box, in order to make it all perfect, we asked the supplier to change it, do not worry, if all is ok, we would ship it to you on monday, thank you a lot"

Hopefully there will not be too much of a delay, I just thought that I should share this information with others on here as it may clarify things.

I have heard nothing from Geekbuying since 15 May when I was told as follows:

"Hi dear
Sorry to let you waiting it for a long time as the item enjoy great sale and need which lead to out of stock.But be at ease that it will be in stock this week which will be shipped to you asap.Appreciate your kind understanding of this and patience,Great day to you"

This is getting very frustrating

because we need to run antutu in each device to make sure all of the four core working,and get over 30000 score, so the testing take much more time, but our staff are working hard each day to test every device, and packed order, ship the packages.

Today is weekend here, our customer should handle your refudn on monday. hope we can do business again in future, we also want to ship all of the orders quicklys, we called factory many many many times each day to ask them to give us the stock. however, they are always short of the s802 soc. well, should blame amlogic, if they can't produce enough SOC, they should not make those factories to join the party
