yes, we hold the package, because our quality test person find some problems in testing, we have submitted to factory, and they are working hard to fix it.

we will make sure all of the device can working well before we shipped. so please be patience, we are also hurry, but we need to make sure the device is good working.

i did a 'live chat' via the geekbuying site last night ( apprx 7:30 pm Aus time ) and the representative said that there was still stock, although the webpage no longer states it???
i hope so, coz i'm gonna foot the extra $7 - $8 for DHL 7 day delivery, and that would be a waste if i still have to wait for stock...

Why don't you go on their website and choose Live Chat to ask for a refund. I think is a quicker solution then come to this forum and ask for a refund.

Anyway .. im glad for the GeekBuying support.. 1st time i see a shop to CHECK a product before it goes out and its my 1st order on them and i dont mind w8ting some days for it.

We already begin to ship orders, please notice guys, each device we have install antutu on it, and test the antutu benchmark, and we make sure each device are getting over 30000 score, and check all four cores are working, then make it pass the quality check.

running antutu test on each device really give us more trouble (because it will make every device test time longer), but we have to do it to make sure you guys get good working device.

so when you receive package, and find it have antutu built in and already have a score, don't blame us.

however, how we ship the product which can't pass our quality test, we can't leave our customers in trouble, and just sell products and no more support. that's not our style.
