No force closes except for poweramp.cleared data its fine.so if you can figure out the callibrator. We're good !! Couple of the other testers said theirs popped up too so its not just me.but even through your 1.4 ,1.5 Rom sometimes mine would come up at boot so I for sure have something going on.anyway, if you need me to try something else, just let me know.
same here all seems well just the calibration pops up after unlock after shutdown and start up. Doesn't bother me a bit lol all else seems great! nice job

After you flash reboot app is provided in app injector its that easy you can go straight into it.

          Beta2 cwm

          Hi Tattaman,
Thanx for responding. Is reboot app the only way to get into cwm. I mention this because the main benefit of cwm is to access using a set of buttons from a turned off tablet in the event you cannot get to the home screen. So there should be another method to get to cwm.

I'm sorry but I'm not real sure how Bob ended up getting clockwork to operate, I'm thinking there's a thread for it I believe its like clockwork is in the house or something like that just enter clockwork. In the sites search bar I'm sure you'll find your answer.

The screen calibration thing.... I am still not happy with DAMN IT
I did a work around not a solve.

Give me some more time and I will solve it (I hope).

My problem is since I do not have this "thing", it is hard for me to "test this thing"!!!!! I truely am this time working in the dark!

However...... I think I may now have a solution. MAYBE. So stay tuned..... Let me just say this entire "thing" has pissed me off so bad... I WANT A SOLUTION!

With that said... NOW I KNOW WHY ARNOVA TOOK OUT THE LOCK SCREEN!

The next week, if you give me your autorisation, i will post about your rom's on french forum.

And an other question, Is there any way to boot on recovery rom. on my lg's phone, i put my phone on fastboot mode. i write in a console "fastboot boot recovery.img" and the phone boot with the recovery.img from the working forlder. does is it possible with arnova

                Thanks
OK so let me tell you why almost EVERY app out there cannot reboot recovery on Arnova tablets. It's because they disabled it in the kernel!!!!!
When you use an app to state reboot recovery, this is passed to the kernel to do a reboot and process the request. The kernel is then suppose to write to misc.img so the boot loader on next reboot knows what to do. Well Arnova removed this from the kernel. They did NOT want to have the system EVER reboot into recovery.

However, because of this and me implementing CWM on Arnova Tabs, Petrus that FINE Frenchman, wrote a reboot APP "just for US" that writes to misc.img for reboot recovery! You can get it here and it WILL reboot into CWM recovery every time!

mickfr, feel free to post this anywhere you want! A French forum is fine!

                Enjoy,
                Bob

P.S. special thanks to Petrus for doing this! He is the craziest Frenchman I know (he is into Dr. Evil), but hey... we all have our nutty side

You can get in by holding down vol. up and while holding press power until arnova screen pops up then release power button but keep vol up pressed and it should goto CWM

Will this app become preloaded into all your upcoming roms or is it something that we have to install after flashing the rom?

thanx orion kb.So the reboot app is a super-feature , nice to have but not really necessary?

btw: I've been satisfied with the resistive touch on this tablet and compares very favorably to capacitive touch. Anybody else notice this?

I can build in the reboot APP if you like. I just figured as part of debloat to leave it out and let the user decide.

OK I have a new TSclibration.apk that overides the lock screen. But I do not know how well it will work. Once it does its thing it never shows up again. Well at least not on my capacitive tablet! So I just do not know how well it will work. You guys are going to have to test it.

So who is ready to test?
I can either make a new ROM with it. Or give you instructions on how to replace it using ES file manager. Preference?
