Otherwise, how do get into recovery?

Regarding net location...on previous ROMs you had a check box to select in the startup wizard. It never mattered how I selected, it never worked. I always had to put in location manually.

when tablet is off just hold volume up and power at the same time in till the tab bootsup.
when je see freaktab.com release the powerbuton but hold power up.
til you are in cwm recovery.
thats all.

I just tried Netflix. It hangs while loading movie thumbnails. Won't show any videos.

Yes,Bob,there are volume buttons. I just forgot the manual way to do it. Doing backup now.

Video playback seems a little glitchy. Slow to load and a little choppy. After the CWM backup, I will try different video players.

Never mind about video, because after the reboot, it all cleared up. I guess i had too much stuff going on, including a hung netflix.

BETA 2 is uploading!

I am now making some significant changes in hopes that I get Network Location services working!

I will explain once I post the download but get ready to be greated with a different start up wizard

Just do a CWM backup of data and cache. FLash the ROM then do a advanced restore of just data and cache.

OK BETA 2 is not uploaded. I need ot make one more little change!

The two setup wizards argued with each other... So I am working on that.

Is it just me? Do you guys like the screen pre-rotated to portrait like that?
I like landscape on a 10" tab myself as default.

Since you now rooted do me a favor.
Go into /system and edit build.prop.
Find this line:
ro.sf.hwrotation=270
Just put a # in front of that line.
reboot.

See if the thing runs OK and gives you default landscape mode but does not screw up anything else.

When in landscape it would flip to portrait

When in portrait it would flip to landscape

OK gotcha yea! I am learning ICS...

So then edit build.prop again and put a # in front of this line
ro.sf.fakerotation=true

So have a # in front of both lines. I think this will work.
