Have I heard, or did I just dream that you can flash a ROM by using the cwm zip method?

No you cannot flash a full ROM. The zip file method what it does is writes files to /system or /data. It will also write a new boot.img. It will not flash a kernel, recovery, or the parameter file changes which could be very important if the new ROM made changes there.
So it is not really "flashing" it's just writing files. But depending on the ROM maker and what changes were made, they could release a update in a zip file.

Offset with calibration
Hello and thank you for this rom
But even when I have a pb. I have an offset with the calibration of the screen. I already try several rom but the result is always the same. There was the original rom that worked but it is not available on the site ornova.
This is a tablet bought in France 1 week ago.
