Google Location Reporting not working

Excellent work, best rom ever!

I have a minor problem: Location reporting does not seem to work.

In "Google Settings/Location" the Mode setting is greyed out an reads "Location off". Clicking the Mode section or Google Location Reporting section has no effect (does not open up a submenu where I can turn on location reporting, as I am able to do in my phone an tablet). The location of my MK902 is not found in when I try to look for it with Android Device Manager. Google Maps does not report my location etc.

Is there a workaround for this to turn on location reporting?

Could be because MK902 doesn't have gps, so can only use wifi for the location. However I can turn it on on my MK902. Here are some screenshots. I´m not too bothered to check where it will appear on the map, because I know in any moment where my MK902 is, hooked the the TV in the bedroom

I have the same problem, other than that the rom works great.
Its not that i need to know where my box is but some programs need the location on and when find it off they wont work correctly. other than that its perfect. thx

Dud the button is greyd out, you cant press it.

Body i think you dont understand whats happening, the button on the right top is greyed out, it means we cant switch it on or off. It stays only on the off and the button is colored in gray.

Hi,

I have get my MK902 on Friday, I'm new to the android TV Boxes.

How I have to flash the custom rom into the device? Must I use this rkdevicemanager?

I have read something about, there is a way to brick, if the wrong loader is installed. I don't want to brick my MK902 after 5 days, so I want to handle everything very carefull.

My MK902 came with a Kitkat 4.4.2 preloaded from a italian distributor. But this rom here looks more powerfull.

Need the 16gig internal memory image for mk902 kit-kat

Hi, the other day my Mk902 device crashed and wouldnt reset using the hidden reset button and I was forced to do the learning curve which was scary and flash the ROM, its now working as a kit-kat device and I used verson 2 of the software I got from this site. however this device had 16gig of internal storage and it now only has 8, I imagine I used the wrong file, Can someone please help me and point me to the right image file as I am new to all this and am fumbling my way through it and finding it very difficult and confusing.
