PCB Version/revisions cs918 and T-r42

Hi
I have the same box as badandroid posted in post #89.
The box wasn't working at all (Everytime when I turned the box on, after some minutes it turns off automatically and had to unplug the power cable) so i tried to install diferent roms but now the box doesnt start at all, when i plug the power cable the on botom just stays red...
what rom and loader would be the rigth one for my box?

I think I have the same PCB but I removed radiator to take a picture. Could someone help me and tell if Wasser rom v 1.0.4 (old or new rev?) will be OK. I want to play 1080p video without lags.
If not please show me correct ROM.

Set your tv @ game modus. Then the lag @ 1080p is gone. Set your audio 200 sec faster en your cs918 is running great

Got it few days ago from Amazon (Seller: 99 Digitals)
It says "GXT_RK918_V1.10 141008" on the motherboard. Looks similar to V1.0 posted above. It has RTL8723AS wifi/bluetooth adapter soldered onto the board. This box came without rooted but I did it with Rockchip driver and TPSparkyRoot tool.

Any tips on getting this board into Mask Rom Mode? I have a brick with no HDMi signal. Are there any solutions? please point out the Nand Chip if you can.

The eMMC/NAND is the big one (SAMSUNG) at the right hand next to the SoC, but because of the "style" of this chip you will get problems to short the missing/not accessible pins...

4.4.2 max resolution 720p, but it works! 1080 can play without shuttering with MX player.
You can register on baidu for faster download.
When flashing with Batch Tool u need to see blue indicator of connected device, not green. If u see green - u'll get flash error.

Hi, I have GXT_RK918_V1.10 141008 and like to flash with RKBatchTool image which you posted, but i'm getting green indicator of connected device which would lead me in error as you said. How to get blue indicator upon connection? Appreciate your help, thnx.

I got the same item. But with WIFI chip RTL8723BU and on this ROM wifi and Bluetooth in my item not works. It's wrote the same GXT_RK918_V1.10 141008 on board.. Its had gxt_stb_3188-eng 4.4.2 kot49h eng.ren.20150113 ROM and now I cann't find this rom to install back. Somebody may have it?
