It shouldn't take more then a half minute. If it takes longer, it's possible that something went wrong during the flashing process. Please read my instructions here.

Any way to keep CPU above 1GHz? It just stays between 800-1000MHz no matter which governor I choose... Maybe an overclock kernel?
