How is the TWRP install version of your ROM going?

Finished it earlier today... going to upload and post it in a little while...

Probably post the parameter patches too, after I make a minor change to the install scripts.

TWRP Flashable Update.Zip Added To OP

A TWRP Flashable update.zip has been added to the OP.

It is the same ROM as the previous version, just repackaged with only the modified boot and system partitions for flashing with TWRP.

Last night I re-installed your ROM, I then installed TWRP, and the 4GB parameter patch. I installed all my apps and so far everything works great. Thank you for making this table more usable. I look forward to using this tablet for what I originally intended and not just an internet machine.

Thanks Shaunmt... Installed from twrp. Coming from omas ROM. Installed partition patch to 2gb, rebooted. Installed your ROM with twrp, booted up. Installed xposed and multiuser.... Working great! Awesome work. Slick n fast!

How did you install his ROM through twrp? Twrp doesn't support rockchip updates

It finally worked. I had to format the system to ext4 for it to take hold. It works and I have 4 GB of storage. happy I am

I see you finally got everything installed... you can ignore my PM.

The system and data partitions on this device are supposed to be Ext4.

They always format to Ext4 during a wipe or restore.

The only way to change them is to manually reformat them to a different file system, which is NOT recommended and probably won't work with this ROM and hardware combination.

Revert back to stock system

I installed ShaunMT's custom ROM on one of these tablets I have and need to go back to stock ROM (get rid of freaktab splash screen, etc). How would I go about doing that? Thanks.

you could download the system update from the next book site and use that to flash back to stock.
