Hi mo123, tonight I've flashed my box more than 10 times trying to install your new ROM, but without success. I've tryed to install your full ROM and only use the resource.img of 1.3.35. To use all .img fom 1.3.35 and only use your system.img . And many more combinations in the middle. All without success. After the successful flashing in every attempt I've got the green man and then after the automatic reboot the grey man appear without any line flowing beneath and I've waited more than 15mins in every attempt but nothing happen until I've reflashed the full 1.3.35 back again and start over again.
Your previous version I was able to flash it without any problems before when you've released it, by keeping resource.img, kernel.img, boot.img and parameters of Nagrace firmware for my box. But this time that combination among all the others didn't work either. Just replacing the system.img from 1.3.35 with yours and flashing the latest firmware version from Nagrace for my box also had the same result. So it seems that the problem is in system.img . Does anybody with a 4 Gb of RAM and 32 Gb of storage Nagrace HPH RK3288 successfully installed the latest ROM from mo123?
I really would like to install your new ROM mo123. :-(
    Thanks.

      Please help

      Hello

I have just received my UGOOS UT3 4G/32G and after some tests, found the video quality was not perfect.

So, I decided to search and test a new firmware to see for a difference until I found you.

I have tried to apply yours but it did not work.

Could someone please guide me with a real step-by-step procedure?
For example, after the flash is finished, should I unplug the power cable?
The first boot was showing a blank Android logo for more than 15 minutes, then I deciided to re-flash with the original firmware.

      Thanks a million in advance.

PS: @m1pnk --> you have the same device, so maybe you could personally help me?

Just flashed the ROM on a 32GB box and it worked perfect.

          Steps
          1. Had a working ROM already from October.
          2. Choose 'Lowerformat' in first tab at the bottom.
          3. Choose 'run'.
          4. Wait 5 minutes before unplugging device.
          5. Bootanimation plays and after 20 seconds ROM boots to Homescreen.

Use a USB port from the back of PC.
          Reinstall the drivers.
          Using Win 8, 32bit

Try also to use the boot.img and resource.img from the Ugoos UT3 instead of this ROM.
But it must be from a new ROM end October or November.
Upload the resource and boot.img from the latest Ugoos ROM and I'll try to make a new kernel for Ugoos UT3. Just also post the ROM version, date.

Can't mix the system.img with other ROM's, it won't boot.
You can use the boot.img and resource.img from another ROM/device that is from end Oct or November and it should work.

Thank you. Does this mean I just have to keep both the options unchecked? Which is already the case, options are unchecked.
Or should I do differently, backup or else....

No, you should flash everything as in the instruction picture in the OP.
                Replace my resource.img with your ROM's resource.img or don't.
It it still gives problems, also use your boot.img instead of mine.
The partition sizes are different so you should flash all the images otherwise it won't boot.
The Ugoos UT3 ROM on their site might be too old. - http://ugoos.net/index.php?route=pro...download_id=55

Hi mo123, if I understood correctly you are saying that I should take your entire ROM and just substitute the boot.img and resource.img with the ones comming with the latest Nagrace HPH firmware 1.3.35, correct? And what about parameters? Should I use the 4Gb Userdata from Nagrace HPH firmware 1.3.35 or does not matter?
How can I check that I do not have a corrupted version of your ROM?
I will download it again just to have a fresh start.
                  Thanks.

Also uploaded ROM to Solidfiles, filesize should be 489MB.

No need to substitute anything with files from 1.3.35 ROM, this is based on V1.3.35_141112 stock ROM.
Only use default parameter file - rk3288-3.10-uboot.parameter from v1.2 ROM. It is 4GB. Other parameter files will soft-brick your device since partition sizes are different.

ROM v1.2 flashed correctly to HPH 16GB & 32GB and should work without any modifications to Ugoos UT3.
If not working on Ugoos UT3, try these files.

                      Hello Mo123,

                      Very nice job!
I install your rom 'from scratch' (i turn on format lower option) with R28 2Go/16Go ... 100% OK.

Just one point, Virtual unplug hdmi app isn't working in kitkat rom... just in JB rom.
So, i guess to turn off DRM control, you have to patch /sys/devices/virtual/switch to 0 directly in source (before compilation), or find another way. Hardwareguru dev knows a way. He use it for last KK rom for Minix X7.

Other point, is CEC supported in your last rom?

                      Thx.

Hi mo123, I'm unable to download from Solidfiles because my antivirus do not like that site.
Are you able to provide a download link via Google Drive?
If not I will try to download again from Mediafire and hope for the best... :-)

EDIT: The new download from Mediafire has:
                        489 MB (512.840.006 bytes)
do you confirm it is the correct size?

                        Thanks.

You can download from different filehosts using jdownloader.org or Mipony.net
                            Yes the filesize is 489MB.
Maybe disable AV while downloading and flashing ROM.
Remember to also format before flashing the ROM.

The hardware supports it, but not sure if a software setting/update also need to be implemented.
