    Great stuff.
The funniest thing about this particular signature of mine is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it

          Cheers Wasser

ROM loaded fine on my R28.

Initially the play store would not download anything but after a reboot it was fine.

Went to restore by app backups from my external SD card using My Backup Root but after selecting the default save/restore folder I received a prompt to say that it could not write to the path selected, with the message:

Note:ONLY Android 4.4 (KitKat) removes the ability to access the SD card.
Android 5+ has added the support again. If you are using Android 4.4 the only way to access the SD card is 1-Root your phone, 2-Install SDFix app from the market.

Looking further into that to see if this is more an app issue. Update: Copied the backup files to a USB flash drive where there are no write issues there. (Update-Can write to external_sd using es file explorer but two apps now tested are unable to select it as a default write location). Installed the Kitkat external SD card patch 1.0 from the play store and after a reboot that did the trick.

Hardware keyboard on by default is easily changed without having to use a keyboard.

Added AOSP browser and synced bookmarks.

          Very fluid interface.

Initial wireless rates seem excellent, both for browsing and file transfer.

No option for mass storage connection, just MTP and PTP.

Reboot time is much faster, around 20 seconds (Update-40 seconds after app restores)

Transfer of files from the external_sd to a USB flash drive is faster and more consistent in speeds than I have seen before.

Ethernet connects fine and transfer speeds are good.

          Bluetooth working OK.

All storage is in one partition, which has always been my preference.

Read both Fat32 and NTFS flash drives and external hard drives.

Had a strange issue when I first fired up Youtube, where there were audio issues but after going into settings just to confirm default audio output and then reloading, the issue was gone. 1080p videos play perfectly.

Ran the Wasser Kodi and after playing around with the combinations of turning libstagefright/mediacodec on and off, results were pretty much the same as I have seen from SPMC and many of the nightly builds. The 1080p Tears of Steel performance was a little more juddery though and with significant audio sync difference. Frame rate switching does appear to work.

Ran the same video tests with SPMC 13.3.4 beta1 and overall, this has the better playback of my test videos with the RKlibstagefright included.

Had to install Xposed installer to install 2 of the security issues listed in Bluebox security scanner.

Found an issue with MX Player. Many videos not playing at all. Just shows a mass of coloured pixels, although audio plays fine. Same issues when playing videos through stock video player. Initially found it when trying to play the samsung blue ray demo. Update - Turned on S/W decoder local in the MX Player settings and the videos now play. Never really had to play around with default settings before though to get videos to play. Playback isn't so smooth anymore with all videos though. - Update - Reflashed the ROM and setup from scratch again and this time it works fine. Cause of issue unknown.

The new reboot option works for recovery but when selecting flash mode, it only seems to stay active for a few seconds before going into recovery.

When in recovery, although I can use my wireless mouse to scroll through the options, I have to use a keyboard to activate them.

File transfer speeds over USB from my PC using MTP are far faster than when using Samba, which maxes out at around 3.5Mb/s, where MTP is more around 12.

There is definitely an overall performance increase and was best demonstrated when launching QuickPic, where the speed that it searched my folders and created thumbnails was incredible.

I hope this gives you some useful feedback.

I am assuming with the 16 gig partition it will NOT work on my Beelink Ubox with only 8gigs?

I have a feeling that it will.

Wasser did a similar ROM last year for a RK3188 with 16Gb as the default and I loaded the ROM onto my 8Gb model and it worked like a charm.

I think so too (he talk about all-in-one 'partition' instead of the two 'partition' and I think he only use the 16GB as an example)

Do I understand it correctly, that at this rom the playback with MX Player (of cause with the correct settings) is a little bit worst than at other rom(s) ?

                      MXPlayer Playback

Can anyone confirm issues with MXPlayer and video hardware decoder on this ROM. It would be show stoper for me.
Other changes are exelent as almost always from Wasser. FTW.

One more thing. Is it spoofed as Nexus 7/10 or Samsung Galaxy S?

One question though, can i use Leolas overclocked kernel with this firmware. I've tried OC kernel from leolas, and they work like a charm.

                          Thanks again

first big thank for your very good feedbacks. I cannot reproduce the problem in mxplayer as you reported in your test.

Could you please post test video file so i can reproduce it? please try to change mxplayer codecs to HW+ (please download ffmpeg plugin for DTS in this case) and test if it works better for you.
