      As I stated to your colleague via email when informed of GeekBuyings decision, I will gladly cancel my PayPal dispute as soon as the phone has been shipped, and I have received a confirmed DHL tracking number from GeekBuying. My address should be on file from my previous order.

          I have specified from the beginning of this process back in OCTOBER that I wanted the item sent back via DHL. I am VERY angry you do not understand this. I will not see this phone for 6 weeks because you cannot follow instructions. I will never recommend anyone buy from your company because of your TERRIBLE service!

            I did not understand your story complete.

            What I got:

            You loose about 130 Dollar for the retour job and month of time. Geekbuying ignored your trouble, but they want to send you a new redmi phone now.

            About what else you are angry, which instructions did geekbuying not follow and will you get a refund for your 130 Dollar?

              I asked for DHL shipping of a replacement phone. After a month waiting and delay tactics, they finally sent it by China post instead. They wont follow simple instructions. The 130 is lost. It is not reasonable to to expect they would cover that as well, and I never asked them to. I just wanted them to replace my phone under warranty and ship it via DHL. That is all I ever asked for.

                understood - a case of real bad Geekbuying service support.

                I think, they should reund your losses in this retour case. The time will be lost, but the money is another topic - warrenty.

                  You used the phone more than one month.But I still told our customer service your problem and then send to you a new phone.

                    And I appreciate your help. But I shouldn't have had to post here in the first place or open a paypal dispute to get geekbuying to respond. Even if I used the phone for 11 months, geekbuying imply and express a 1 year replacement warranty on their website. A replacement phone should have been sent without argument or charge immediately.

                    Don't act like anyone did me a favor here. In the end, all geekbuying did was honor their 1 year posted replacement warranty.

                      There is still no new information on 17Track. The last message received was:

                          i hope you can help me ....my order #3938033 shoud be shipped. I think it istn't, because the tracking-number( 26418903836) doesn't work at mrw.es. MRW said they didn't recieve any package with this number. They have normally 12 numbers, geekbuyings tracking-number have only [email protected] doesn't answer....what can i do?

                            I checked the product you bought is not available,this product has been discontinued.

                            Could you change other xiaomi phone ?
