    Hey folks just another tip on the updated ROM.

    YOU DO NOT NEED TO REFLASH EVERYTHING AND ERASE IDB!!!!!

    When you download the new ROM and run the flash tool, simply uncheck everything except boot.img. You will flash only boot.img. This will not erase your setup or any apps you installed.

    However if the unit wont boot, then you need to reflash everything and eraseIDB. I have updated many tabs boot.img without erasing however I noticed one person said the unit never booted past the screen. If that is the case a full flash is required.

    Also realize the first boot after a FULL flash is always much longer than normal as the system is setting itself up. So wait at least 3-4 minutes after the boot screen. If it does move on after about 3-4 minutes or so, then it is bricked. However you can always flash back the factory stock ROM and fix it. These tab's are never fully bricked permanently!

      Very sorry to those of you that installed and ran into this. We do our best to make sure the ROM is correct but since we do not have a 9G2 it's impossible to test. I am building the ROM 100% with scripts so there should be no errors in the ROM code but things like a boot screen wrong can happen.

      It's fixed. The new file name is
      arnova9g2_v1_3a_market.zip

      It boots now. But the screen and touch are shifted by 90 degrees.
      Will try it again afternoon.

            OK guys... not understanding here. My ROM should not have changed anything in this respect and I am not understanding what your saying is shifted. My ROM is based off my first ROM which was based off a dump that was provided. There is no manufacturer ROM.

            If need be I will provide my first ROM and see if it is different. It should not be as nothing that I do should change this screen rotation.

              I am happy to try the older rom see if the problem is it that version.

              When tapping on the right hand of the screen it actually opens an App on the left hand side if that makes sense.

                As far as I can tell the touch and the screen are 90 degrees out ie if I touch one place it actually thinks I'm touching elsewhere, IYSWIM.

                Willing to try the first Rom if you want.

                  Have you tried the calibration in the settings to see if it resets it?

                    OK great you guys. Thanks for helping. I am uploading my first 9G2 ROM version 1.02 now.

                    This was posted on arctablet.com and was reported to work by many people.
                    Stay tuned should take about 15 minutes and I will post a link.

                          OK hang tight. So that 1.02 ROM works properly? Please let me know 100%.

                          I will make my V1.3 ROM using this image and the Market will be installed.

                          Let me know ASAP and I will get back to work. I am not sure what happened this go around but if 1.02 works I will just work with that.

                              Yes, I tried a few times.Through the menus as well as with reset. No success.

                                OK guys, I do not know what I did wrong but I will recreate 1.02 with 1.3 changes.

                                Give me about 30 minutes and I will have a new ROM.
