FYI guys I am almost done! SHould be about 1 hour max. I am testing it now. Again I cannot test Wifi or MIC but I think I got it covered.

PLEASE read the readme. While I have not updated the readme from the MK808 ROM most should apply. I have given you 2 kernels to choose from.

Also boot screens etc are MK808. Once we get things working I will make a final ROM.

How about the built in MIC? Please test that.

If you use Google Voice search PLEASE update that using google play before trying.
I cannot update the latest google voice search as it will not run as a system APP. So you must update GVS to make it work right.

Lets not worry about skype yet. Please try google voice search and again update it via google play.

Let me know. The MIC might be hard for me to fix!

it works - although lousy (had to get 10cm beside tv stick) - but technically works.

best thing: configured VPN (swiss vpn server). downloaded zattoo app and watching swiss tv streamed live through this thing on my big tv in Dubai. Seriously awesome (your version feels much faster than the stock firmware did)

Thank you! As I build ROMs and apply fixes I try to carry them to all new ROMs when I can.

Glad to hear some of the things I have modded work on this.

So if MIC works, please try the sound recorder APP. As for quality, I doubt I can help there as I bet it is just cheap crappy hardware. Did the stock ROM work better with MIC?

Hi.Thx for reply but my device gone dead today.i dont know how did happen but i does not boot anymore.i contact with aliexpress seller but she does not respond.by the way i wont buy anything from aliexpress anymore.do you guys know is there any way to re wake my device?After i turn on , it goes black screen and nothing appears.Thanks in advance

Sorry to tell you but much to learn about these devices. It's not always easy. BUt before you do too much, follow instructions for how to enter flash mode! 90% of the time it is as easy as using the rest hole and flashing a ROM.

Worst case if you hard bricked, you have to do this.

Thanks for your help and effort.i ll try and let you know.but i think it is soft brick because i just enter flash mode on my pc and i am waiting for my download to finish.i hope i will go well.:-)
Update:
It gone well perfect and i flashed successfully.Thanks again Finless.Rom works fine but wifi signal is so weak.it does work but it does not pick up router signal.Stock rom was working ok. anyway to improve it?Thanks so much

Tested your rom everything is working flawlessly wifi and mic tested it with sound recorder and it record fine.Think there is nothing to test anymore only the cosmetic part of the rom.Thanks for everything.
