So you can try to use the contacts that are indicated for the i7. I compared the photos, everything points to the fact that these contacts are the same. Not something terrible should happen if You for a few seconds will close these contacts. They can be careful not to close a large flat screwdriver or a knife for the securities. For small contacts, I ordered that.

I recommend using this procedure. 1. Turn off the power from 220 volts. 2. plug in card 3. to close the contacts 4. turn on the power 5. wait 2-5 seconds with closed contacts 6. open contacts (NOT power off) 7 to wait some time (20-40 seconds) to start system from SD card. On the SD card needs to be recorded, the system shall be recorded in the correct DTB file. Additionally, must be stored a boot loader. By the way, You when I recorded previously on the SD card and the bootloader, the DTB file changed on its own ? Do You still have the SD card with which You ran Linux ?

First twice commands "sudo dd if=u-boot.bin.sd.bin",... than on root I copy , aml_sdc_burn.ini, aml_upgrade_package.img, u-boot.bin.sd.bin and additionaly "dtb.img"?
I 'm sorry, I used the Linux card to make the rescue card, to do the procedure I' ll first off all have to arrange me some magnifying glasses in order to continue. Regards.Last edited by Jefken3; 05 July 2016, 16:31.

Hey guys,
So I had a similar problem when I bricked my Telos in this manner. I compiled the uboot image and used dd to write the image directly to the SD card, actually overwriting the filesystem on the card. For whatever reason it would not read the SD card from anything other than offset 0 on the device. A FAT formatted card writing the image after the partition table did not work.
It did boot from this however the uboot build from the amlogic source wouldn't load an OS, it seemed to have an issue with the fact the Telos has 2GB of RAM and the u-boot image was expecting 1GB (even with the correct DTB file loaded). I had to swap out the SD card with another one then I flashed the e-mmc bootloader from the default image for the Telos from the Tronsmart website using the u-boot serial console. This would then boot correctly.
I would very much suggest trying to get the serial console to work, that board does appear to have the correct headers but you will need a 3.3V serial adapter from **** or similar.

p/s/ I have a Spot on i7 has stopped working internal memory eMMC. Now I use it with an SD card, on which is written the Linux and the boot loader. Everything is fine starts and runs.

Ubuntu and Armbian - images with automatic detection and download of need the dtb file (depending on the model of the console). For this automatic function you need to activate the multi-boot latest versions of the file aml_autoscript for a particular model. If for some reason auto-detect the dtb file is not working, you need to manually copy the dtb file to the root of the FAT partition of the carrier.
