I think the reason is not the power supply, and misrepresented that you have a fake version of TV Boxing. It can only run the firmware that recorded at the factory (this firmware is specially made for a memory).

Judging by the log , the system starts but possibly due to the lack of appropriate data in the DTB file can not fully start.

Unfortunately I have little free space on the site, so the old version I periodically remove.
In case anyone's wondering what we're talking about, I've reuploaded the 3.14.79-based S905 Mate image here:

A test image of Ubuntu Mate KODI. It's a predefined way. The user "user" password to "1". The user "root" password "root". Launch KODI should run as root user (open a console and execute "su -" enter passwd root "kodi"). This version of KODI normally plays full-screen video. After leaving their KODI the screen remains black, you need to switch to another console (Ctrl+Alt+F1) and switch back (Ctrl+Alt+F7).

Beta version (20170623). Image c KODI. This way works as usual with the primary setting. Volume expansion occurs automatically. Pay attention now to run KODI you need to use the tab menu (graphics\sound). Works addons\setings. To configure the WiFi - need to use the setting in the main system. KODI works with hardware and settings, which are executed in the primary system. For WiFi you need to register the correct module in the startup file (/etc/modules).

                  Sorry to interrupt.

Can you tell me how could I register qca9377-aml module to be loaded while booting? I tried wifi_dummy and dhd command. nothing works out of them. bluetooth works out of the box.

                  I have Beelink GT1 G912 (which is similar to S912, qca9377-aml).

You need to use as argument of the command "modprobe" name of module file that you want to load (without extension ".ko"). You can view all available modules in /lib/modules

Error found in latest version of Armbian+KODI (20170623) and images that can be repaired without downloading a new image (in which these errors are corrected).
                      1. Freeze sound. To resolve is to edit the file /etc/pulse/default.pa the line "load-module module-udev-detect" (remove the tsched=0).
                      2. In a lengthy video playback in the main system turns on the screensaver and artefacts to video. The solution is to disable or uninstall the screensaver. Or use a separate graphics desktop and launch KODI. To do this, remove the package "nodm", install package "lightdm". This will allow at the entrance of the system to choose which system to run Mate\XFC or KODI. In the upper right corner of the login screen (lightdm) there is a button to select Mate or KODI. To run KODI you need to choose the second option in the menu.

                      p.s.
After these fixes I have KODI (image 20170623) running for several hours without any interruption and error.

Sorry, I use a computer translator, and did not quite understand the questions. Write please, what you mean in more detail. To create a new topic ? Or host the images elsewhere for download ?

                            Good afternoon Balbes,

I have 3 problems with the newest 2017-06-25 armbian image on my T95U pro(S912 2G)
                            - When boots first time I need to pull of an back on the hdmi cable to have signal on it
                            - On the desktop there is no video acceleration
                            - When I start Kodi, the screen screwed up, and look like as some interlaced problem from the old times. (stripes and desktop showed 4 times mixed in) Kodi won't start after that.

Probably it's all connected to an inproper gpu driver. I copied the vegaS96.dtb to the root to make this linux work, is it a correct dtb for this device?

Unfortunately, nothing works with QCA9377. I tried a lot of them, nothing work.

In LibreELEC (latest version) I see the .ko file of QCA9377. and the WIFI works great. also the kernel is the same (3.14.29). but when I copy it to ARMBIAN. it doesn't work.

I think the drivers need to be compiled with the kernel. Can you do it in the next version?
