Ok Duel boot? Is one file or both? I try both.

How do I swap them out? Sorry a newby and editing roms. Is there a tool I need to use?

It took me a long time to figure out how to extract the resource and the kernel img files from the stock rom. I made a video on how to extract those files, hope it helps.

Files names same as last time i downloaded did you change file names for the new builds? Ok 160604 is new which one is duel boot?

This release comes as update.img only - due to new partition layout.
System.img was too small .. now it's up to 1.5 gb !

The mmallow only release :
Update.IMG_Marshmallow-NEW-SOURCES_v160604.7z

The new dualOS release:
Update.IMG_dualOS_Marshmallow_Lubuntu_v160604.7z

Installed via rockchip tools .. afterwards you can flash your own resource.img.

Some good and bad, Bluetooth working, kodi workig great. Sd card not working as internal memory anymore. More testing

Still black screen no wake up from sleep. No keyboard for set up. Play store errors (package file stopped) wait or close on ugoos kodi.. Sd as stated above. Alot of different file managers maybe pick one only. Terminal not needed mm build. Slow ui. As followmsi said lot of issues with this one.

No .. kernel will not fix this issue. Sound and Fan support fixes.

I installed it yesterday (after several tries), WiFi and stock remote worked, but not Ethernet. I installed it on my Tronsmart R68 non-gigabit Ethernet version. Looking very good.

Ethernet is different hardware .. different kernel .. etc.

Do you know the excact Hardware of your Chip ?

No, I don't. I tried to use the kernel and resource img files from the stock ROM for my box, but it would not boot. I use those img files when I use firmware from other devices. Right now I am running the current Zidoo ROM.

Next time when you try to change kernel and resource img.. try to change trust and uboot as well .
It may boot.
