Bricked flashing this ROM because burning tool erase the nand and stop and now the nand is empty, no uboot.

I try magic card but no luck, dont work, anybody know how recover this box?

It will depend on the PCB version, more recent devices have different Wifi/Ethernet chipset, that are not supported yet

Hmm. Conflicting answers. I'd better be careful.

How can I tell which PCB version I have without opening up the device? System Info while booted up?

IF there is no way to tell without opening up, can some1 direct me to a thread with pictures of what specifically I should be looking for if I do open it up to look.

#2: Is there a way to backup the existing ROM before loading this one? In the event I want to go back?

You should look at Wifi chip. The board and the nan memory if you can poat clear photos of each then you can narrow the manufature and device down.

This is only if the unit is opened? So, no way to tell without opening then?

As I can see it told S905 and 8188 Wifi.
It can happen that WiFi will not Work, but no Problem.
Can be exchanged.

How would I go back to the original ROM afterwards?

I assume I need to have the original ROM image? Know where could that be found?
