I took the plunge and updated everything went smoothly from 0003 to 0004 then to 0006. everything seems to be ok and it is now much faster.

Phew successfully performed the update on my Coolbiz branded box 003 to 0004 software using sd card

Seems like software update will not work therefore next step will be to update to T5ZP0006 using sd card method

Update

I've successfully upgraded the firmware to TPZP0006 by copying the upgrade zip file on to a micro sd card then using the recovery method to perform the update.
This may help others considering boxes branded other than Sunvell to upgrade.

Mine received TPZP0006 by OTA just fine with no need for a procedure with external storage.

My first T95Z0006 OTA update just fine and smooth. My second OTA update T95Z0007 which was released Nov. 16, 2016 encountered a minor problem, in which I have to removed the external storage from usb port, and after the second try, OTA update succeded. The latest updates maximizes overall performance, it seems the box is more faster than the previous update.

I agree the box does seem more snappy, excellent WiFi performance I'm achieving the full speed 52 Mbps using static Ethernet.
T95ZP0006 seemed a little buggy but no complaints after the upgrade to T95ZP0007.

Using a root file manager go to system/pre-installed & delete, then uninstall the apps. If they're still there then search for them with a root file manager like es file Explorer and delete all files.

Thanks Boneo criffaaa1 for replying it looks like I was looking in the wrong places for deleting the apps, system pre-installed then deleting app did the trick

So therefore it is confirmed that T95ZP0007 update has no sound with the boot animation, that also happened with my T95Z box. But it is not a big deal for me, as soon as they maximizes the overall performance.

I was able to add a Sandisk Ultra Micro SDHC UHS-1 Card Class 10 32GB, for additional internal memory, and succeded. Now I have no hesitation to add more apps and games because of the expanded internal memory.

Yes! you can check your box for the firmware update and you can download it directly for the latest firmware.

I've tried ... According to him, currently has installed the latest, the 0004th But 0006 was not allow to ask. The sd card tells you that you can not mount Recovery.
