Yeah same could do that also... Doh! as I never did

Because its this Rom SC didn't comment, so this happens with the other SNx912 ?
Hope they get a fix as really impressed with the price/performance of the chipset and that Mali820

Silly question but is there a way to reboot into flash mode? Finding that reset button is twisting my melon.

      ... .
I connect to my Beelink over SSH and just use the following commands:

      su
      reboot recovery

then You can select the new firmware from SDCARD.

Just been reading in the original rom thread that SC has got a bit tired of this Rom.
Don't blame him really as trying to produce a silk purse from the source is a bit of a thankless task.

I think sleep is still tinkering hopefully.

I have had problems with the V4 rom.
The 'Green screen' bug effect has come to haunt me and on exit FTMC crashes each time.
V4 for me didn't seem to sit well with A912, but actually I found the V3 rom really good.

I am not sure if its the swap from viewsonic monitor to sony TV that has caused my problems though.

Which Rom did you guys feel was the strongest? As in the main thread someone is saying V1 & V2!? Dunno as started on V3.

Maybe its what you connect to that is the problem then, haven't got the box with me and unable to test for a week.
I do know V3 for me worked much better connected to my viewsonic monitor than V4 does to a sony TV.

Is it me just being dumb as the RGB fix apk was in V3 but in V4 I presumed it is already installed?
Still get a crash on exit but that is of no bother really (FTMC)

Connecting to a LG 1080p TV.

FTMC works fine - I have both A912 and S912 boxes...

Reading through and actually reading what SC posted my child in a sweet shop handling of the V4 rom, has me thinking I know what the crack is now.
Yeap I enabled universal init.d as was going to use it to delay a VPN whilst still getting the IP of the box for droidmote.

I am going to go back to V3 but have a feeling from the posts V4 if I leave universal init.d and xposed framework alone it will work fine.
I am pretty sure messing with those gives the problems I have and not the V4 Rom.

Thanks for the mod. Could I please ask if someone can explain the USB method to load this ROM. Bit of a newb and have searched around to no avail.

                    Many thanks.

                      Hi
Where can I find the WiFi / BLtooth chip ? Could it be the realtek one?
                      Didn't find the numbers 9377 or 6255.
The box Serial starts with G.
Or is it covered und the metal plate? Google said the is only CPU and Ram doesn't want to open it.
                      Thx for helping

the G912 uses the 9377 at least on mine... but my board rev is V33 and that one V20 and the wifi chip is little square on top left of your pic.
I cant see what is written on it, see if it says "Aigale"

Ok do this... using root explorer or any other explorer go to /system/etc/wifi and inside wifi see if you have this folders "firmware" inside this one should be wlan folder and some files all with 30 in the name.
Then go inside wlan folder and inside should be this files cfg.dat, qcom_cfg.ini and qcom_wlan_nv.bin.
If yes then you can use my rom since its a 9377 variation!

In V4, the init.d script rgbfix doesn't work. I think it doesn't have a permission to write to target folder. Superceleron's rom doesn't have this problem.
