    The boot animation or the boot screen? There are 2 parts!

    The initial boot screen which is not animated (no loading message at the bottom). Then there is the boot animation that shows LOADING at the bottom. Removing bootanimation.zip from /system/media should remove the animated LOADING boot animation. The boot screen can only be changed by taking apart the ROM.

                Boot screen is a lot harder. You need to learn how to take apart the ROM and rebuilt it.
                The screen is in boot.img of my ROM kit.

                You will need linux. You cannot use Windows.

                    2. is there any way we get the icons in the notofication area.?

                    3. is there any way we can install the ics rom by modifying it as per its config..?

                      No! That is hardware. You cannot make hardware magically change like this with software!

                      Not really without major work to SystemUI.apk. Basically a full rebuild of Gingerbread.

                      Nope, ICS is a full new ROM not just some simple changes. It's beyond my capabilities.

                              I have not found a way to do that on RK29 tablets yet due to the different ROM structure and recovery system.
