iBerry BT-07 - Finless 1.4 Full Root ROM with latest Google Play Store

After I flashed the 1.4latest ROM I am satisfied with improvement in the ROM and root acess but some time back it starts shutdown but never completes it for 2 -3 hours only option left is reset and reboot.But even after rebooting it is not getting shutdown complete...again I have reflased STOCK ROM and now it is working fine and shuting down smoothly...as I cant understand much in rooting I prefer to rollback and hope after issue is setteled as raised by Mr. advnar

I mean Device not Powering off(switching off) at all i tried for more then 3 hours. Finally i reseted(pressing reset botton) the device when it booted up i tried to Factory reset that also failed. Atlast i reflashed my device with the original iberry firmware.

Its better and good to use the Original firmware (2 firmwares provider by iberry officially) for smooth and better performance. But if you want to play with (if you are a tech addict or if you want to do some Research ) then go for it.

Its better and good to use the Original firmware (2 firmwares provider by iberry officially) for smooth and better performance. But if you want to play with (if you are a tech addict or if you want to do some Research ) then go for it.

Could you please point were and how to reset with original firmware.

ics on bt07

hi everyone just a suggestion, iberry has released ics for bt07i, and there is a update link for existing user with 2.3 for up-gradation to ics. now can we use the same rom and apply it to bt07.

hardware wise only major difference is the touch screen i guess the rest is the same.

so this is something to work on.

If the hardware is 100% the same between the 07 and 07i then is should work. If not, then no it wont work.

My ROM uses RKAndroid Tool. The stock ROM uses RKBatch tool to flash update.img.

So to flash back to stock you must use the RKBatch tool that comes in the stock ROM kit and in that tool load the update.img file. FLash the tablet with RKbatch tool choosing the retore button! Do not use the upgrade button.

ext sd card to internal sd??

Recently on my NXG XTAB A10(LY-F1) ICS 4.0.3, I was surprised to get a custom ROM where External SD card was changed to internal memory and vice versa.it gave great freedom to have 16GB or 32GB SD card as internal memory. Bob can it be done on BT07 as it has limited internal memory2GB only..thanks for all the help and guidance for we new comer(late comer) to android arena...a sharma

This is what I get... I hope it will help you figure out how to put the tab in FLASH mode... I quote... ""To reinstall the firmware follow the below given steps: 1. Switch-off the tablet and connect it to the charger. 2. Connect the USB cable to tablet (But don't connect it to PC) 3. Press and hold the ESC button of the tablet and simultaneously connect the cable to PC."

plz help!! im a noob who bought the tab only two days back..twas loaded with ICS. but as i need to root it i thot id dld the custom fw and flash it!! MY QUESTION IS WRE TO FIND THE ESC BUTTON?????????? is the power button the one?? i got only volume up/down and power button!! and tried pressing it while connecting the USB cable to the PC, but still the flash app(rkbatch tool & rk29update does not detect the tab!! so help is very much appreciated. thanz in advance folks

I think you are talking about BT 07i, but mine is BT 07. I really dont know where the ESC button is in BT07i as I haven't examined the device... As far as I know BT07i is a PRE ROOTED device. you don't need to ROOT it again... Download & install ROOT CHECK BASIC app to confirm your device is rooted or not.

OMG yeah mine is the BT07i tab :O ive messed it up now :s and now the internal C drive is not respondin after i installed Busybox and superuser app :s and i got no idea how to reflash the damn thing :s i didnt know twas PRE ROOTED :S wot an idiot :s

Tell me a few things first.

1. Have you tried to flash your BT07i tab with the custom BT07 ROM...?
2. What do you mean by NOT RESPONDING..? Does it hang when you browse the /SYSTEM folder or something...?

Yeah I tried to flash the custom ROM, but as u can see I could not get the Esc button! Hence I dlded the stock ICS ROM & installed it again from the sd card!

I think you should talk to the CC team of Iberry & tell them that you cannot Flash your tab using their officially released ICS ROM. I think this would be the best possible way.
