Just wanted to say I've tried your rom and I love it. I will be using your rom from now on. Tried others but I like yours best.

Yes, I have the Minix U1 and by default it stays hidden all the time. So if you would like to hide the top status bar on my ROM please go to the following area of your box:
Settings >> Display>> HideStatusBar enable>> (Then check that box). The status bar should now be hidden.

1. Turning off does not work with the IR remote control, only with my T3-M airmouse.
2. Is there any setting that from a homepage when an icon is pressed the application opens directly, not an app drawer where I need to chose an app to open.

1. I have the ROM based off of the GT1 111M0 firmware this is mainly made for GT1's. So if you flashed it on another box that it doesn't normally support then the remote usually won't work or it won't be mapped properly for your remote. I have not changed anything in the ROM for the remote configuration so the remote should work for the GT1.

2. If I'm understanding you correctly I think you're referring to placing a shortcut of an app to the main screen of your device. If so, go into the app drawer and hold the app you want and then drag it to where you would want it placed on your screen.

2. I will attach what I mean with the MINIX launcher. When I click on the "kodi" icon on the main screen, instead of starting Kodi, it opens a drawer with the Kodi icon. If I click that, then Kodi opens. Idealy I would prefer that when pressing the big grey Kodi icon, it would directly open Kodi.

There is a modified version of YouTube 4K that I hear will play 4K. I personally haven't tried it. But in this ROM I do not have it preinstalled.
The ROM is rooted so you can install it if you find a way of getting it going.

I see what you mean now. But this is by design with the Minix Metro launcher. I have no control over how this is handled. This is the way it's built from Minix. I'm guessing it's for people who have other version of Kodi like SPMC and Kodi 17 at the same time.

i wll give it a try.. because with other roms i got constantly reboots from nowhere. I got a912 gt1. So eventhough there is not a brightness fix, i am gonna see what happens. Good to know that we got one more rom to check. Thanks in advance Alvatech.

First of all tnx for your effort and the time you spend for cooking rom for our box, any chance of making an sd card method to flash this?
