but with this rom? pitty i cant do that cause the router is way to far from tv and i cant put the box maybe nearer for the cable , but i have other problem, the ac adaptor cable is way to short to reach from the box to the ground, and the strange is that not the first box i have to do that, i have one first who never stop has android 4.4 and always have stable wifi, but is too weak for me with the processor and dont give me to install all apps i need, then i bought other box who is tanix mini who give me that wifi unstable wifi at first then come out an update and the wifi goes stable, but for me is a slow box, then i bought a yoka box with android 6 and then that box beggining with wifi unstababillity too , so i sell it , the last one i bought is this cause everybody say is good, and generaly it is, but stock rom sucks and give wifi unstable , then i put this wonderfull rom but same wifi unstable , damn im so mad :/ im tired of sell and buy new boxes and see all having the same problem, the strange is all my other android devices has wifi stabality , unless this kind of boxes from china or wathever and i dont know why :/ they dont test the wifi in their boxes ?

only one of my boxes does this, all i did was open the box up and poked the antena out the side to stop it from doing it, but soon enough ill probable just run a cable thru he wall for it

That's the problem! I just want to power on the box, after I can use the TV remote...

Yes, that is an issue about third party remotes. You can also get a SonOff wireless smart switch for less than $5 USD, I have that on one of my boxes......

I have 4 of those remotes laying around that I don't use. I don't turn the boxes off, and use my third party remotes.

True the wifi drops is the major pain in the ass this roms have unfourtnly i cant have my box near router to connect trought cable, so i hope a rom come out soon, to fix this issue that sucks, i never see any movie to the end or iptv because of this major bug and i bet all users of this box have this bug :/

Hi Magendanz, I have an Nexbox A95X 2gb/16 gb AP 6330 wifi. I'm currently using the "NEXBOX-A95X_S905X_7.1_bcm6255_6330_16g2g_171120" firmware and I would like to run your TVBOX variant on it.

I've been searching here and you said it's not possible to flash this rom on my box. So I was thinking, maybe if I copy over just the system folder and port the build.prop changes over to the Nexbox one and replace on the folder, it would work? Or it's way more complicated than that?

I also thought about flashing the Opengapps TVStock-Package on top of the stock rom using TWRP but I'm not sure it would crash the box.

Any tips? Thanks for the amazing work on your roms!

By the way i´m on stock rom NMF26Q 20170829.121614.V0321 and my M8S Pro+ is suffering from Wifi-Drops as a few described already.
My hope is that the new rom or better the new custom rom version will fix this issue.

My new M8S PRO+ arrived on Friday, and it had a slightly newer firmware release (20171208.183013.V0928). I was able to dump the partitions and create both a signed OTA update and AML burn package:

M8S_PRO+-ota-20171208.183013.V0928.zip
M8S_PRO+-NHG47L-20171208.183013.V0928.img

I'll attempt to update this custom ROM on the new OEM firmware tomorrow.

Note: The OTA update has my update script, so you can downgrade and install from TWRP.

Any chance of looking at M8S Pro L anytime soon please?

Hi Folks, i´m new to this forum,
And first i´d like to thank Magendanz and all the other cracks developing firmware updates for our TV boxes.

I have a problem downloading the roms from Magendanz Post#1667. Anytime i get the "Disable Adblock" Site.
Of course did i disable my adblock plus, i even tried other browsers without adblock installs, but everytime i get that message instead of the download.

Did i miss something?
Any help would be apreciated.

I found out that my Kaspersky Anti-Banner was the guilty...
