i installed on cx919 my wifi was not able to connect to ssid. i have wpa2 setup after entering password it is just getting stucked at obtain ip address.

i tried cx919 1080p stock kernel it went into boot look now i am back on nexus custom rom.

there has to be different wifi modules in the cx-919 because mine works fine on both roms. edit wifi good connection then bad then good again

Neo!! Good Efforts and thanks for the same.. tested this on CozySwan Rk3188 S400 device and here are the results. I've switched back to my earlier ROM (with no wifi still though) -

Overall user experience - slower than other stock or std roms
Display - was not full screen somehow even after full settings
Video - no problems as dint observe any difference that earlier roms
wifi - DOES NOT WORK (neither has it worked after I rooted from original factory ROM)
BT was ok

Rest ok...No complaints. Any way where we can fix the wifi ?

tested it on MK809III for half an hour，looks very good。

WIFI working ，HDMI SCALING ok，movie playing smooth

antutu score 16442 on 720p（no OC）

antutu 19157 on 720p（combine SAM‘s kernel ，720p CPU1.8G ，1500MHZ RAM）

memory Problem

Hi neomode,

I have a memory problem with my 809iii stick.

Original firmware: 2GB RAM 8GB Flash

With Your rom I can only see
1 GB RAM 5GB Flash

What can i do to use all memory built-in ?

After reboot I can see 2GB DDR RAM, but flash space is limited to 0.98GB Internal, 5.27 GB NAND

I checked it on my MK809III. RAM size 1882.6, SD card 5422.7M, Memory size 1007.9M tested by antutu.Looks everything is ok.So maybe you should reflash your stick. Try use eraseIDB first with RKandroidtool then run flash.

Noob Question

Hi Community,

trying to flash an MK802IVS from Amazon with Neomodes 1.3 image.

After using rkandroidtool the stick does not boot any more. Blue light stays off.

Recovering using Rikomagic Images from rikomagic.de by using rkbatchtool brings stick back to life.

Still eager to test neomodes stuff. Followed every how to in this board, but no luck.

Also tried not to flash the rk3188 loader (unchecked in rkandroidtool), but also no luck.

Any idea what i am doing wrong? Is there a way to convert the ing files into one to be flashed by rkbatchtool (i hope it will work then)?

All before this Date is the Old Wifi Chip.

Addition infos: Tried rom from NEOTV CROM for Flycast MK809III - UG007B - QC802 - Cloudnet Go CR9

Still no luck - Stick is dead after flashing. Reflashing with Firmware für MK802 IV S v1.3 from

restores stick to life.

I don't get where my mistake lies.

Before you Flash it, make "ERASEIDB".
Then Flash the Rom.
