NEOMODE , are you going to update this rom or you are considering it a final release ?

I will be updating the Rom, a Final release we will have later.
Because I think there is always a Way to Improve it.

I can play the video record of my Vu+ for the first time whith my MK802IV.

Archos video player for browse the intranet by wifi
for play SD movie : the internal player of archos
for HD movie : the external mx player ( you need to check this option in archos )

It's strange but mx player don't work corectly whith SD record.

installed 1.5 version with 1080p no oc kernel, i have ug007b and it doesn't work smooth, transtiton between menus takes more than a second, adding widget on a desktop is slow and typing fast url address in browser with keyboard skips letters. antutu score is about 16000. anything i can do to make it smoother ? I have a fan for cooling, would a reflash help ? thanks for making rom, overall it works, but it is not smooth on my device.

Ok i tried to power it from usb powered hub with output 5v 2.1A specifications and its a bit better, i will try to find a better one.
I have another problem, color balance in videos is weird, I'm using mxplayer and bs player with HW decoding enabled (tried SW too) and color of the video is so much red, people are literally red, i hope you understand. do you maybe know what could be wrong, perhaps it's just a setting ?

did anyone manage to use an SD card on this ROM?

i have a class 10 micro sd 32gb.

whenever i use it it becomes corrupted and have to be reformatted.
I have tried FAT32, NTFS and exFAt.

It is almost never recognized, and when it is recognized, it stucks on "calculating..." or give EIO Error when trying simple operations like copy\paste\delete.

Also tried NTFS Mounter and Paragon Mount from market.


can anyone maybe help me? what filesystem is recommended? and what should I mount?

NEOMODE , as you know i was trying to extract your system.img file and i don't have linux
i tried fabienk's tool to extract your system.img then as a test i repacked it again
Using rk31xxx tools then flashed it to my stick , it worked except that i lost the root permission
(I don't know why)

I tried again with copying the system folder from my stick to a usb drive then repacked it to
system.img then flashed again as a test , same result i lost the root permission.

As a last resort i used romdump tool to dump my firmware and took the system.tar
then repacked it again , i also lost the root permission.

Do you have an explanation why i keep losing the root permission ?
I am trying to extract your system.img for 8 days with many hours everyday but keep failing
Or losing the root permission.

Can you please help or extract your system.img and upload on a dropbox or something
as i really gave up after so many trials , thanks.

Thanks ruslanx i flashed this rom with sams 720p kernel and stick is performing much better. I tried flashing this rom with original kernel but there was no picture.
But i still have problem with color temperature in videos, video is very red, maybe i have someting wrong configured from previus roms. Is it possible to view if YCbCr is set and not RGB ? Because i was using it before on PC monitor and now its plugged in TV.
