hello,

i tried it on the ut1 and cs918 - my live tv channels in hd (tvheadend) are not fluend (i have some freezer) - but the cpu shows only a load of apx. 10-20%

i couldn't get sound working as well but i did not try all settings through android settings and xbmc settings - my receiver is connected through spdif

both remotes work fine with xbmc and android and it looks verry nice and smooth.

great stuff - thanks a lot - i would like to use this devices as replacement for my sat tv boxes - and it looks verry promessing

Hi,

just installed on my CS918, looks good

but i have no HDMI passthrough in XBMC, this has worked for me with the XBMC-LibMedia version, now i have only noise with AC3 and DTS Videos, analog works fine....

Videodecoding works nice, ist's the first time that i can play 1080p files with high bitrates without stuttering

just watched three hours video without any trouble

i didnt use xbmc-libmedia is not stable enough and many things dont work
ouya bild is greatly impruwed and more bug less ,all adons are working.
you can install xbmc-libmedia or the standard one next to included ver thru es explorer.
as of sound, no passthrough with xbmc thats why there is externall player.
just go to android settings>sound set it to spdif or hdmi passtrough.
go back to xbmc go to folder with your movie press menu button on remote
and select play usung... chouse mx player and passtrough should work.
if some movie isnt working as it should with xbmc internall player try using externall player to.

also i found a bug in es explorer that is cousing xbmc to louse foqus.
easy fix is that you press home button on remote and configure dumy launcher by pressing menu.
will try to fix that.

quick fix for xbmc lost foqus with es explorer.
it seems that there is no such problem with latest ver of es,
so just install an market app like aptoide and just update es,
it should be ok from now on.

Hi,

i tried to use the external player function but this will not work for me:

1. My origanal remote doesnt work with these release, no button works (i always use a Harmony and Flirc,so not a real problem for me)

2. Pressing "c" (as Menubutton) in the videolist and starting MX player displays error "Video cannot be played"
My videos are on my NAS so i thought these error has something to do with SMB and MX, so i mounted the files to
cifs/qnap and tried to play the file, same result.
Next i open the video with smb -> Es-explorer -> MX Player, no problem playing the file. Same result with cifs/qnap -ES-explorer -> MX player, video plays fine.
Only playing the video within XBMC with MX gives the error "Video cant be played"

yes i know about it.
if you play video by pressing menu and play using mxplayer from externall hdd, pendrive or internall memory everythings is fine
only network shares have this problem.
is probably due to xbmc that terminal comand i use to start external player cant get the network path to the file.
need further investigation.

Lewy , you will still produce HFW or 2.0.4 was the last , and we must now move on "just XBMC" ?
