Multiple accounts

I, for one, would like to see ability to use multiple accounts in this rom. There was some general instructions availlable, but those modifications were not permanent. Ie. after reboot those were gone...

Few days after usage of this rom all good except

(a) occasionally monitor turns on and off by itself (the device itself doesnt reboot or does anything)
(b) for once it was unresponsive, had to remove installed app (a theme) and reboot
(c) can we make it more responsive (at times i feel when i am typing in browser there is slight noticeable lag, just only a lille though)

Otherwise videos etc play good. Quite fine. Apps load. But slow frames per sec (may be i could overclock?)

May be I need more stronger psu (5v/3amps instead of 5v/2amps) and probably a heatsink. Could be cooling issue

My monitor is running into the same issue @ 1080p. Asus 23.6". The Display Flickers on and off every 4-7 seconds. When at 720p it does not occur.
Don't know if it is the PS either, running stock 2amp PSU.

tun.ko?

Just wondering if anyone got a tun module installed yet for vpn to work? When I try "tun.ko installer" from the play store, it just says, "Failed to open socket!". I looked on their tun.ko repository and there isn't one for this build number. Any help would be very appreciated as I live in China and the "great fire-wall" blocks netflix, youtube, etc.

UPDATE to 1.6a

UPDATE! 10/20/2013
New ROM is 1.6a

1.6a fixes:
Fixes touch screen issues with real USB touch screens AND for APPs that need to emulate touches like Six Axis or Tinecore APP.
I replaced some lib files and added virtual_touchscreen.ko. The lib files were the key to fixing touch!

Bug:
Factory Data reset does not always work! At least on the V1 boards. I do not know if it does on the V3 boards. This bug exists in the stock ROM as well.
It works for me on my V1 board about 1 out of 5 times. This is some issue with the new kernel.
What I notice is if you leave the stick on for about 5 minutes then do a factory reset it seems to work. But it does not want to work right after a boot up. Very odd.
If your factory data reset does not work at all, simply fire up the flash tool and flash ONLY misc.img. On next boot it will do a factory erase.

Thanks for your work; I always use your excellent roms. Before flashing with this update, I'd like to know if the problem with right analog is solved. I use a ps2 controller with an usb adapter. It is recognized but right analog is inverted. I tried inverting axes with tincore options with no luck, also when i open USB/BT joycenter the device crash and reboot. Thanks for your help.

I know I hate it too but the last time I changed it, other people complained they liked it!
You cannot please all the people all the time!
But you can open framework-res.apk with 7zip and change the mouse pointer graphic (simple PNG file) to whatever you like! It's not hard and it is not rocket science!

Bob, it would be cool if you could provide the framework with the other mousepointer as a flashable zip to flash from recovery. This way one could easily choose which pointer he wants.

I will make an update.zip to patch with a new framework and small mouse when i get a chance.

However as EASY as it is to edit framework-res.apk and put whatever mouse you want in there, I am suprised for those that HAVE TO HAVE IT, they just don't go do it themselves. No offense but my time is better spent on much more difficult tasks than opening a zip file with 7-zip and copying in 2 PNG files.

I had no idea this was an issue. I am sure it is a matter of editing a KL file. But since I do not have a PS2 controller to even find out what the mapping is, I cannot help.

I know someone knows how to do this! Maybe ask in the gamers section for TV sticks.
