i earesed the NAND and then Flashed the ROM with the above changes,
when connecting the device to the TV after successful flash there is a problem - the screen is flashing \ flicking. it does it from the booting stage and keep on the running stage.

once in a while the whole screen goes black for 2 seconds and come back.

this hasen't happen with the original ROM, but i must run the device on 1080P.

any fix or solution? a i doing anything wrong?

    thanks.

One more question - have anyone been getting the sdcard error?

Seems like on every turn off / on it wants to format my internal sdcard...

it was not a problem on the first time, thought it is just a glitch - but happened again, so i wanted to clarify if this happens to anyone else?

TWRP definitely does not work with RK3188. It causes a major crash and potentially brick device.

    Stuck on reboot

    Hey guys

Have the CX-919 with finless 1.6b running. Over the last two weeks I have had issues rebooting. Twice now it has stuck on the reboot screen with the flashing red lights after I have powered down the device with the finless reboot app. I had all my settings and apps pretty much perfect and now I'm ticked I cant get back in. I did make a CWM Recovery Image but am not sure how to flash back to it. Should I use the finless rom flash tool or the batch tool somehow? This is the list of files in my saved image.Click image for larger version

I don't know what to expect from a TV stick like this because it's very minimal.
But I think the overall experience is a bit laggy, when you scroll and zoom web pages etc.
I watched some random Youtube clip where they run Nenamark2 and got 60fps result.

I ran the test on my device and got only 36fps, why is that?
Could it be the kernel or resolution?
I've just run nenamark2 on my CX-919 and got 59.8fps so I think it is very good for my "lame" CX-919. I'm calling it "lame" because for some reason it works only with 1.416Mhz kernels, all 1.6Ghz or higher kernels give flickering and screen flashes every few seconds. I am using Finless 1.6b with the "latest stock kernel" from 20131119, this combination is the best rom (so far) for my device. Your CX-919 is very new so it is probably the same model as mine. Anyway, you may try to install this rom, here I described how i did it, but read the other posts in this thread as well - one guy somehow bricked his device but then successfully revived it, so do it at your own risk

2 things. 1 i loaded the 1080P kernal and when i click on 1080p in the settings it goes black and then after about 30 seconds it comes back up with 720P
Now i know my tv supports this as i have done ouyas, minix neo x5, MX2 and other XBMC boxes all running 1080p. So should i redo it?

Also how can i get the original interface? i have someone who wants the wood look that the stock launcher has

Ok i tried redoing this and now i get an error it says timeout waiting for loader rock usb timeout
