Yes problems with the kernel. She firmware works well. Please explain what the boot loader, and which kernel to Use. Maybe it's the wipe, and I had it before flashing did not do? Can wipe?

IMHO, the original one is not from tronsmart. Maybe tronsmart made their stick identical to the original though...

Its ok man. People here from all over the world. Have you tried flashing finless's other rom? The jb 4.1? Its right here. Im not sure if I understand you correctly..But your having a problem with the kernel? Others have had problems too. I read where flashing the 4.1 worked for them. Something to do with version of bootloader maybe.? Its worth a try.

When flashing on 1.6b with factory(stock) to blink on the screen of the TV,I've tried all of the kernel none came. I want to go back to factory firmware. And the stock firmware that is on the site also blink.

Hey all,

Ben running 1.4 rom and its been great. I wanted to update the rom and im running into driver issues. I cant get my driver to update and im stuck. I attached a pic, could anyone help?

Does the flash tool recognize your stick when you put it into flash mode when connecting it to the PC? If so, I wouldn't worry about the drivers. I notice issues with my PC not recognizing my stick constantly, but what really matters (in terms of being able to flash ROMs and firmwares) is if the flash tool recognizes the stick after you put the stick into flash mode.

More thorough explanation of my findings with this build are noted in this post, however I wanted to mention my 1.6b findings in the main build thread.

My stick for some reason can not use any of the kernels for this build (1.6b) nor 1.5 (when flashing with these kernels I got a "No HDMI" signal). In order to properly flash this build I needed to switch out the kernel to the one contained in the 1.4 build. Also, the recovery console for 1.6b or 1.5 would not show during the flash. It did show if I replaced it with the one packed in the 1.4 build.

So, what I have is a stick using all the components of the 1.6b build except the kernel and recovery console (both of which come from the 1.4 build).

Finally, I really like the mods that Nomad13 provided in his earlier post. They are working great on my stick. I'm glad I finally got this dang thing working again. It's been a real pain trying to figure out why I was having all my issues.

so how to solve the problem by flashing the screen flashes every 1-3 seconds? Please help, tried all the kernel that does not work, even on Runoff firmware now blinking (((
