I have already tested it. Results in Antutu - 20591 - 1 run and 20583 - 2 run. No arfifacts. Some examples of device cannot work stable in 1.8 Ghz, like mine. You can run just CPU test from Antutu. Mine is going to shutdown at 1.8 Ghz.
But to tell you the truth i am extremely satisfied with how the tablet works now.
I did a fully fresh installation of the 2.1rom and tried all the kernels 1 by one. The 696 if my favorite, the tablet literally flies. Gaming performance is better than ever. Battery life whatsoever is good for normal use with brightness to medium, but when i run a game battery drains fairly fast, BUT for that frame rate its worth it

dnkn, I have 1 small request to you, please let me know about your opinion when you read this.
The brightness slider works reversely and when i take the slider fully to the right the screen goes fully off, I am afraid that if i push it fully and for some reason i let go by mistake then i will not be able to set any brightness since the screen will be off... Is there any simple solution?
Thank you in advance.

I myself make much use of the CWM opty. If I now start in the CWM is the only Android icon and nothing else.
Do I need to do something special to come? Into the CWM option
Thanks
You don't need flash all ROM, only CWM recovery. Look on image bellow. (Make sure you have backup files from Internal SDcard)

a) Wait for newer custom rom inside with the OTA update(s) and flash it
b) Flash the stock rom, apply OTA update(s), root manually. Maybe the following works at new OTA release: unroot your stock rom, apply OTA, root again manually.
// Don't forget to backup your apps...
If you don't need root:
a) Flash the stock rom, apply OTA update(s) continously
//Forget to backup your apps...

I'm glad I can help.
Maybe PIPO developers can help with permanent fix.
The answer was:
Dear Friend,Good day.Could you please show me a video about this?I didn't see this in my tablet.How about you uninstall the PIPO Family Launcher and then try this again?Best regards,Anna
Dear Anna,
I think it will be quite difficult to record properly the error, but I'll try later if needed.
Please try this short sample video:
I know it's 1080p, not a 720p video, but the same error occurs.
Check 0:29 onwards when the spacecraft fades into the picture, and then the Earth moves slowly. You can clearly see the problem when the camera moves slowly in front of an object.
In the meantime, maybe I found some useful information on the subject.
I think there are two types of RAM Frequency: DDR_FREQ_VIDEO and DDR_FREQ_NORMAL.
Perhaps one of them is low, and this causes the video stuttering. And when I start the OOSA Kids Launcher, it switches the mode for the higher clock frequency.
This is only an assumption because I can not change the GPU clock speed to define it, what is the frequency that is too small to play the video.
If you need more info, I'll try to give you.
Please email me whether you could see the error in the linked sample video.
Regards,

Install Of RileyRom 2.1 (My Tab: Pipo Max M9 WiFi)
Ok, I installed the 2.1 rom and it's doing fine. This is my first time doing this type and I would say it was easy, however, getting the "Drivers" installed was not so, but it was just as bad as getting the "Samsung" drivers installed. This Rom is a good one, but I will be checking others out, so far WiFi works fine and Bluetooth also. I have a "Kingston" type Keyboard and it worked very well, also a USB type keyboard did also. Getting on line was fast, tomarrow I will try the WiFi in the Hospital when I'm in dialysis, the signal there will tell the tell. My only wish is to move the "Boot" screen to the wallpaper it's a nice one, maybe I can find it somewhere and put on my tab. Thanks Riley;
