Thanks for making a thread about your kernel. Perhaps it's a good idea to describe how to install new kernels? That should avoid a lot of questions i think.

I've got a question to start off with: does wifi work after suspend? I've tried one of your earlier kernels and it didn't come up again after suspend.

I've flashed new rom to my K-R42 (v2.1).

Small comparison wasser's rom to chinese rom (from previous, latests links):
- slower WiFil; bandwidth decrease (in tests) from 7.5-6.7Mbps to 3.1-2.6Mbp;
- ETH is not working (same packet lost like in Lewy's rom);
- wallpaper is really nice;
- sleep works the same but resume is better - with standard IR remote works every time;
- increase score in AnTuTu from 17327 to 19752

I'm going to fllash back chinese rom because both WiFi and ETH works perfect! Moreover justXBMC and XMBC "Frodo" works too!

I have not tried it yet because I'm playing now with my solution which I informed you about in another tread http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post110142
There was described situation where I were trying to run speedtest and device was going to rebut while UpLoading part of test just started. But in spite of this issue and error obtained with using "busybox ifconfig eth0" concerning the RX traffiic, movies are streaming perfectly for me through the LAN.
Looking through build.prop I have found a little mistake with excessive gaps:

net.tcp.buffersize.default=4096,87380,256960,4096,16384,256960
net.tcp.buffersize.wifi=4096,87380,256960,4096,16384,256960

After removing them I don't have any reboot with speedtest.
I have just looked at build.prop of this your new ROM and found the same gaps.
I hope my tiny finding helps you

it seems some user still have problem with ethernet. sadly i don't have have to test it.

A quick note about your download link mate.

Even tho your link says K-r42-wasser-1.2.1.zip when you actually click it then it downloads T-r42-wasser-1.2.1.zip

If I change the link manually to http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/k-r42-wasser-1.2.1.zip then I get the K zip.

Downloaded (replacing T to K) and flashed.
Seems to work, including lan.
But sometimes - random reboots
