Tried installing justxbmc and with your new revision's kernal and the audio is out again. What do u think could be the problem?

the new kernel has new alsa sound driver and doesn't work with justxbmc firmware or HFW firmware . It's the reason why oudio is ou again. If you want to use justXBMC or HFW firmware, please use the old kernel.

Please avoid to use other firmware with the kernel from 1.2.2!

flashed old-rev on my jesurun, eth0 works, video with MX player is fine (more tests tomorrow...)

flashed new-rev on k-r42, eth0 works with static ip, video with MX player is fine.
Not totaly smooth on 1080p movie due to lack of CPU/GPU clocking

1080p movie plays perfect for me. I can provide some overclocked kernels if some is interresed.

k-r42 tried both old and new versions of 1.2.2 and no luck 1.2.1 worked fine except for sleep

could you please post more infos? which hardware, revision? which problems exactly?

I'm a little bit confused about the OLD / NEW REVISION...
Means old / new the different PCB 2.1 versions OR
means old => 2.0 and new => 2.1 ???

BTW:
manual nfs mount works fine, but not within es file explorer...

busybox mount -t nfs [I]IP-Address[/I]:/[I]xyz[/I] /mnt/[I]xyz[/I] -o ro,intr,soft,udp,nolock,rsize=8192,wsize=8192

But after each restart i lost my /mnt/xyz ???

mkdir /mnt/xyz
mount -o ro,remount /

- old / new means the different PCB versions. If you have new k-r42 with PCB 2.1 the k-r42-new_revision-wasser-1.2.2.zip is the correct one.

- your /mnt/xyz is created on boot partion which is always reset to default by reboot. it means you lost
your /mnt/xyz. You should create your xyz in /sdcard or fix your boot image

Original k-r42 purchased from geekbuying your latest old/nw 1.2.2 everything works correctly including sleep but wifi won't turn on. version 1.21 wif works but sleep does not

It's great that you have released your newest FW.
But situation with them crashes my brain entirely

1) I tried to flash my device with k-r42-new_revision-wasser-1.2.2 (suppposing I have new revision 2.1 board),
but have following:
-Eth - doesn't work(could not switch it on);
-wifi - doesn't work(could not switch it on).
-720p kernel(No 1080p???)

2) Flashed with k-r42-old_revision-wasser-1.2.2.
-Eth - works(but log shows me the same mistakes with RX packets), Speed Test crashes and causes reboot;
-wifi - doesn't work(could not switch it on).
-720p kernel(No 1080p???).

Do you have any idea, or I missed something important?

Ok, I'm a little bit "out of time" with these information about the 1.2.1

I've used the player with the blue > (I think it is the "RockVideoPlayer" (android.rk.RockVideoPlayer)) because of "loop" video playback...

I've used the "h264_1080p_hp_4.1_40mbps_birds.mkv" (of cause without audio )...

It is only at the start a really really little bit "choppy" (like the "Planet_Earth_From_Pole_to_Pole_1080p_sample.mkv" (witch have 19.7 Mbps (MediaInfo Lite))

This "stress test" runs for 12 hours (via NFS / LAN / static IP).

With top I get this information

Overscan
I'm able to disable at my TV the oversan. If I use this function at the HDMI-Port witch is connect to my SAT-Receiver (Golden Media TripleX) the output fits 1:1 to the display (otherwise with normal 16:9 I lost left/right and up/down picture information and so I think, I don't have "pixel to pixel" (so I'm thinking with disabled oversan I get real 1080))...

Connecting my NB to TV, I've to disable underscan (underscan ... overscan => 0%) at the NB (ATI driver) to get the same 1:1 effect...

BUT with android I can't get 0% (or 100%) at
Settings -> [DEVICE] -> Screen -> Screen Scale
so the picture doesn't fit the hole screen (small black margin around the picture)...
Exist a way to fix it?
Because, is it, with oversan on (normal 16:9) at the TV, "real 1080"? I don't think so?

it's a regression in 1.2.2 which i uploaded yesterday. Please download the 1.2.2 and flash again. It will fix the wifi issue.
