can someone provide overclocked kernels for rk3188t?

I mean something like with ddr set at 720Mhz, GPU at 600Mhz

USB timeout during firmware installation

I'm trying to go back to Wasser JB 1.2.5 from Wasser Kitkat 1.0.3 but RKAndroidTool times out trying to reset my K-R42 old revision after successfully erasing the IDB. The RKAndroidTool reports "No Found RKAndroid rock usb" until after the USB timeout and then when it finally connects it's too late, the run has failed.

I've changed out firmware fairly frequently including successfully installing Wasser JB 1.2.5 previously on this unit using the same computer, so this behavior has just started.

Has anyone come across a fix for this? Or alternatively, could Wasser provide a JB firmware that loads using RKBatchTool instead of RKAndroidTool as RKBatchTool works perfectly every time for me.

I had the same ,it is necessary to do so: flash stock image through RKBatchTool ,then it is possible for normal flash wasser's rom's 4.2.2 or your backup 4.2.2

I have a problem with the 1.2.5 Firmware on a old K-R42.

Everything works fine but when i plugin my shiny new Mele F10 Pro I get no Audio and Freezes when trying to play youtube and xbmc.

Seems that it automaticly switches to the build in mic and audio-out of the Mele F10 Pro.

I can change that in the settings but it doesn't change as long as the F10 is connected.

So i have to use a old mouse or something to put the sound input and output settings to the default RK stuff and THEN plug the F10 in to get it working.

Anying as F*** ! Anybody got a solution for that ?

i am little confused about everything
I need a little help.

1) i would like to flash from my 4.2.2. to 4.4.2 wasser 1.0.4. but i dont know how to choose proper revision, old or new ?

2) this one file is everything what i need ? I have proper programs but should i instal only this new or old revision or at first instal 4.4.2. original and then this. ?

3) this is a little OOT, but my remote control works only from 50cm, also with new bateries. Maybe new firmware will help ?

4) is there any possible optin to tun off my external harddrives when i turn off tv box ?

First you have to check which pcb your device use:
(screws under the four rubber feet)
