As for the ICS upgrade helping your performance on Netflix, I wouldn't get my hopes up. I've tried everything and then some to make it work well on my 701C running ICS. As flaky as the S.T. production of these tablets seems to be, who knows. Go ahead and give it a try but I can certainly tell you it did NOT solve my Netflix problems on my 701C. Like you, I was hoping it would. No dice.

So far the most consistently successful setup has been running the old 1.5.2 version of Netflix on the stock 701C gingerbread rom. There is a very minor audio sync issue at times, but the video always played well.
Don't want to hijack this thread and make it another thread hijacked by Netflix discussion so I'll say this quickly and let it be. Here are MY experiences with Netflix on ICS on the 701C. Maybe it will save you or someone else some time.
For ME every version of Netflix I tested on the OFFICIAL polaroid/S.T. ICS 4.0 upgrade rom for the 701c ran terribly. Video and audio were jumpy, it would freeze, crash etc. This is true even when I tested with LiquidLimez marketfix and the other superscript floating around here.
The closest thing I've had to success with Netflix running ICS on the 701C has been while using Shawn's ICS rom for the 701C and the LiquidLimez marketfix here. I'm not sure what is different between shawn's 701C ICS rom and the "official" polaroid/S.T. ICS upgrade rom, but Shawn's definitely gets me closer Netflix success than the official upgrade rom.
Using Shawn's setup and the marketfix script I did notice Netflix ran beautifully on SOME/many videos. The audio and video were in perfect sync when it did play. I just had issues with it freezing at certain points in certain videos. It would typically do that at or near the same point. Play the same video on a pc, Xbox 360 etc and it plays through that same trouble point just fine.

Now to make sure I leave the thread on topic:
Thanks for all the hard work you've done to date on the Polaroid Roms Shawn!!
