This ROM is for Rockchip devices.
The Tronfy MX2 is an AMLogic device, so it won't even be possible to flash it with this ROM.

Will there be other rom's for example my QX2?
I'd love to make it more upto date.
      Best wishes

Not likely as the RK3188 was discontinued 1 1/2 years ago.
There is now only support for RK3288/RK3368.

Sorry for bringing this old thread back to life but I wonder if someone could help. I loaded this on my old Tronsmart device. Worked fine but two issues:

          1. I used the RK Remote Control on the old 1.6 version but now it won't work on 2.0. I loaded eHomeMediaCenter into my TV stick but still no joy. Any advice?

          2. More concerning right now... While watching streaming videos I was getting green flashes and "artifacts" regularly on my screen (as would happen with satellite signal during a storm perhaps). I thought it might be an HDMI setting issue. I went into settings and stupidly unticked HDMI and obviously my screen went blank. My question is how to get it back on when HDMI is the only way I can connect it?

Ok, I seem to have "resolved" issue 2... Unplugged the device for an extended period of time and it worked when I plugged it back it. Interestingly I had already rebooted a few times by quickly unplugging but this did not work.
