Try to flash the rom again, and just to be sure we are not doing anything wrong don't use the cwm method.

I am new to adding ROM's to my Minix X7 mini, so I wanted to know if this improves the stability of the box compared to Minix's firmware?

Thanks, I tried this indeed, but only got a lot of noice. I will try again after a reboot. (Found some other strange behaviour: flicking of the screen...)

And apps like Netflix? Does this app haven't got muliple channels at all? (Just wondering :-) )

Did you set the HDMI passtrough option in the android settings?
Screen flickering: tray another HDMI cable or lower the refreshrate( android settings > screen )

Do you have ethernet cable plugged?
And just to be sure, you're box is a x7 MINI , right?

There must be a bug somewhere....
I installed the Rom, disabled BT, did some tests in wifi, then used ethernet only.

And now, no way to turn bluetooth ON again.
I get "bluetooth is turning ON", but it gets back to disable state after a few secs.

And I do have a mini !

edit: BT audio was working fine with latest Minix Rom. So this is not HW.

Sorry it's hard to fix this issues without having the box. I'll have a look but i can't promess nothing.

The only app installed is ntfs mounter. Coupled with a hard-drive and OTA cable, I can see some video files from Xbmc.
1080p played fine.

re-flashed and BT working fine. I must have done something wrong somehow.

Will there be some kind of release for the left usb problem?

Thanks for the reply, but I have already done that. I can see what it adds/consists of, but it doesn't say how it performs in comparison to Minix's firmware. It seems like there is not point of me asking a simple question, as it is just being ignored.

From first using the latest minix and others from here, I was unhappy with performance, now with this rom it feels like a different box, looks sooo slick and lightning fast, a few programs I used chugged a bit before now they are there and done without lag, I'm very happy with it!

I use 1700 CPU, hou stock, 720 ram kernel
